    After a house fire, ******* E. ******, DBA Building Blocks Investments, was hired to renovate my home after a house fire. However, he never completed many projects he was paid to do. Before moving back home I questioned him about buckling from my kitchen floor joist. I asked him what happened because my kitchen floor joist was like that. The floor is tilting. There's one area that is about to fall through. There's so much damage by the wash area, the floor has caved in and is nearing breaking. It's so damaged the washroom doors will not close. It's like walking on a roller coaster. He explained that it was my main joist and that his employee had reinforced my floor joist. I told him that it was done correctly. He assured me he would send someone to correct the issue, but it never happened. He told me he was on another job and would come when he was free, but it never happened.After months of waiting, I called another company to find out what was happening. I was shocked to see the crawl space. Mr. ****** told me it had been weatherized, which was invalid, and his employee caused foundation failure. In addition to the house, he was paid to remove rotting wood from the storage shed, paint it, and reroof it. The roof was repaired, and some rotten wood was replaced, but not all, and no painting was done.Deck: the deck planks are warping.
