we had an issue with the pluming leaking and it has caused an issue with my kitchen ceiling needing repairs.
it has been over a month and still no correction.

1 starVery poor service. tales a month to two months to get service. Owned mine for about 3 years and it broke down at least 5 times. To spend 24000 dollars for a product that is unreliable is a travesty .By the time I had to put in a new water heater, it was closer to 28000 dollars invested. Have been waiting for 3 weeks to here from service about a dripping faucet.Safe Step Walk-In Tub
