            My car broke down and I had Phoenix Auto tow the car to their shop to be repaired. They did an inspiration with the computer on the car, and called and told me what they found wrong with it and how much it'd be. I told them the price was fine and to please go ahead and fix it. I just went and paid them almost $2500 for the charges, and my car made it 2 blocks and quit running again. It now has more problems than what it did when they got the car. I tried to call and let them know and they were very rude. They also didn't fix what all they said they'd fixed.

            Had a water pump fail on I40 in Nashville 900 miles from home with 600 miles left to go. Fortunately, it happened within a few hundred yards of Phoenix Auto Service. While we were waiting for the tow, the owner drove over to our breakdown location and took an initial look at the problem and confirmed the initial diagnosis. He got the parts on order so they would be ready when the tow finally arrived. Once we were there the staff was extremely friendly, courteous, highly professional and very understanding of our stranded predicament. Phoenix saved the day for us. We highly recommend them!
