    Rob SEEMED to be very friendly and knowledgeable at first. After keeping my car for a month and him saying that it was finally finished, he told me to give him $1,000 cash and he’d take that instead of the 1400 something he was trying to charge me. So I gave him the thousand and he proceeded to hand me a receipt for $500. So immediately I start thinking something is shady and asked for a receipt for the thousand. He started explaining that he gave me a discount and that “the receipt will just look funky”. I told him that’s fine, but I need something saying I paid 1000. He got all shaky and nervous fiddling around with random stuff and kept handing g me different papers and taking them back then after I kept being persistent he gave me a receipt but it didn’t state that it was for my bumper. He then started being rude about the car when I asked him questions about what he did. Fast fwd, not even a month goes by and the bumper that I paid the 1000 for is coming loose. We call him and he says he gave me a discount and is being rude again. All we asked is that he look at it. He starts saying we might’ve did something to it. Idc what discount he supposedly gave, a thousand is still a lot and he could at least try to make it right since it hasn’t been a month. Idk how he’s still in business. Very shady and rude. I wouldn’t send anybody there! Has me skeptical to even use any maaco at this point.

    After picking up my vehicle from Maaco I only focused on the piece they were fixing and painting (right front passenger fender and front bumper ). It looked perfect . A few days passed and I noticed there were dark spots on the hood of my car so I got it washed . Well, the spots didn’t leave and it turns out they apparently tried to paint the hood of my car which wasn’t supposed to be painted at all . There is sealant on the hood
    of my car and some on the passenger side door . Now I have to find someone who can help me figure out how to get that fixed . Not sure why they did extra stuff to my car . Even the driver side door handle had a different color on it . They got my car fixed quickly and that’s something I appreciate , but I don’t appreciate them messing up the color of my hood . I’ll never go back to them and don’t even trust them enough to try to fix it . I just want them to be aware that they are not good at punting vehicles and I don’t want another customer to go through this .

    I have been provided unsatisfied work & unsuccessful in getting proper work completed in a timely fashion. The manager yelled at me because he was frustrated and the worker lied about damages to my vehicle and I have him on video.
