I purchased a vehicle from Aman's Auto Mart located at 1540 ************ St, Murfeesboro, TN 37214, on December 11, 2021, ****** Camry 07 VIN number:***************** with approximately 173,557 miles on it at the time of purchase, leaving the dealership around 7:30 PM. That night, I only drove the vehicle to put gas in it and then to my home address at *************** Drive Nashville, TN 37214.. The next morning on December 12, 2021 I drove the vehicle to ****** Fitness gym located in Lebanon, TN (adress *****************. Lebanon, TN 37087) to work out with a friend and the car shook on the way there. The shaking sensation was coming from the front end of the car. Upon pulling into the parking lot and parking at ****** Fitness at about 10:30 AM on December 12, 2021, the car started smoking from the left front side of the vehicle. A witness in the parking lot of the gym came over to assist me and said that I was out of transmission fluid. I had to leave the vehicle with a note to please not tow it and that I would have it towed or removed. As of December 13, 2021 my vehicle is not located at a repair shop in Smyrna TN Address: *************** Smyrna, TN 37167 and a certified Mechanic Dustin *****, of whom I hired to diagnose and help me fix this vehicle currently gives this description of what he believes is going on with the vehicle,"The passenger side caliper is locking and has heated up the caliper, rotor and bake pads cherry red. I suspect that there is possible bad master cylinder or a bad brake line causing the issue. I will know once I tear it down and further diagnose the situation.". The bottom line is that I purchased a vehicle that was unsafe and not drivable. I had driven the vehicle less than 50 miles before running into this situation. I put down $4900.00 cash towards this vehicle and still have a remaining balance. I feel that the dealership should be responsible for the repair cost or provide me with another vehicle.
