I had my transmission and clutch replaced by them a few months ago. The clutch recently in the last month started messing up (clutch peddle is sticking to the floor) and it is still under warranty. He said that he's going to replace the whole clutch and check on everything else. The issue is that I've gone up there four times since the problem started occurring and he keeps giving me excuses on why he can't fix it. First he said that he can't order the parts til the next week. The next time was he didn't have the parts yet. (Told me to come back that day). The time after that was parts aren't here yet (he told me that he had the parts). Now this time, he has the parts needed but a mechanic called out of work because he's sick. And is the only mechanic that can replace a clutch apparently at a transmission shop. I just want my car to be fixed and driving normal. A scheduled time/date fixed on that day. No more excuses.Business response

I can't just drop everything for you as a business so you can do your own thing. I have to work just like you. This is unorganized and not professional at all.
