    I am visiting my parents in an apartment complex. My car has been illegally towed by Southern Belle Towing twice. They give no reason for them illegally towing my vehicle. By the written bylaws of this community, a car is not to be towed before a warning is put on vehicle before it it towed. My car was parked in a LEGAL space and it was not towed under the permission of the property management. I want complete reimbursement of ****** for the 1st illegal tow and ****** for the 2nd illegal tow. This towing company is committing theft. I will take nothing less than ******.

    On 11/12/23 I went to visit a friend at **************** apartment complex in ****** **. I was there for less than an hour, parked out of the way in front of no one's house or garage, in between buildings. There is no signage for guest parking I walked out to my car being gone. After being on the phone with a verbally abusive man at Southern Belle Towing and being told how I made him mad so he was going to keep my car for longer at a higher price, I called the police who said unfortunately that's how these people do business. This cannot be how anyone runs a business, it's highway robbery based on some person who you don't know emotions.

    My car was towed by Southern Belle Towing & Recovery from a visitor parking space on Caladonia Way at *** Crossing Condominiums on Sept. 20, 2022. I retrieved my car the following day. I was told to only bring cash - $275. There was no one from the towing company at the storage site, but a mechanic at **** ************** took my money and I drove away with my car. Since then I have called and texted Southern Belle, almost daily, requesting an itemized statement of charges and a receipt of payment. I have been assured repeatedly that ***** (I think he is the owner) will send the statement and receipt, but after 2 weeks I still have no documentation.
