MTR Also Known As Murfreesboro Towing And Recovery Wrongly fully Towed Me From A Visitors Parking Spot I Had A Flat Tire And A Couple hours later I went to go get a new tire it only took me a few hours to go and do that. I left early morning and I got back around 2:00 something p.m. and my truck was gone from them towing it off. I called the apartment complex that I was at at the time to ask them if they had my truck towed off and I described my truck and they said no they didn't they didn't have any paperwork written up in regards to my truck but they gave me the number to the towing company that they use which is this company Murfreesboro Towing and Recovery so they took it upon themselves to have me towed and I was originally in the visitors parking spot so I figured they were not supposed to have me towed if I was in visitors originally so I called them and they did have my truck and told me it was a total of *** because they have to come and tow it and because the tire was up against the truck it was not in no one's way of parking or anything so they should have never towed away my vehicle. In the apartment complex also said if visitors are overnight staying seeing a guest we must Park in visitors parking so that's where I've always parked and that's where I was parked when they had me towed. They also charge ** extra dollars just for keeping it overnight so that amount added up to a ridiculous amount that I could not afford and every time I call that office only one guy enters the phone being rude when I've asked payment arrangements or anything about my vehicle on their property they always just give me the runaround and tell me they have to call me back no one's in the office and they're busy at the moment and they never ever call back so I never know the full amount or how to go about cleaning the items out of my vehicle or information on how to get my vehicle back I can never get a hold of anyone no one's ever in the office and I call every other day.
