    I needed a vehicle towed on 9/7 and used **** Roadside Assistance. They sent Boost Towing to pick up my vehicle. On top of my coverage, I had to pay an additional $21 to have my van towed less than a mile. That aside, the driver seemed very displeased with not being able to just hook up and go, and he was rude to my husband. It took quite a while after he arrived to actually get the van home, but that's splitting hairs. My husband asked the driver to put the van as close to the garage as possible. We have a flat, straight driveway, but still had to push the van ~6 feet the next day, as it was dropped in the middle of the driveway. Regardless of that, even, the actual problem came when I heard glass shatter (we think now it was the chains dragging). I was upstairs, so I called my husband and he immediately went back outside. The tow truck driver had just pulled away, and my husband found that the mailbox had been hit. I pulled the camera footage and watched the driver hit the mailbox with the back of the truck, get out to examine it, and then drive off. I immediately texted the number he reached out from. He said he would take care of it, but stopped responding when we told him it would have to be replaced. We also found several gouges the next day in our concrete driveway. I've messaged Boost, but I believe they've blocked me now. I've sent proof that the post and box are damaged beyond repair, and pictures of the driveway gouges. They said driveway damage just happens and there's nothing that can be done, but that's not true, and that they'd only replace the box and paint the post, though I've sent multiple photos of the damage. At this point, I do not trust them to repare or replace, and he's been clear he doesn't care about the driveway damage. I just want my mailbox and driveway repaired or compensation for the damages. The pictures of the driveway are too big to upload here, as is the camera footage, but I have it available and have sent everything via FB msgr

    This lady wanted us to buy a specific mailbox which we purchased we have not had the time yet to install it for her she wants payment for her driveway being scratched by our truck bed which there is no proof that our truck did the damage we will install her mailbox in the upcoming week had to wait for it to be shipped to us she just wants to get paid for no reason they have asked me to send them the money multiple times and have asked us to pay them to fix it which we told them if they wanted that then to send us receipts of the repairs and that we would reimburse
