On 11/18/2019 I purchased 2 tires for a 1985 ******** mileage XXXXX. I noticed a shaking in the steering wheel and noticed the weights had flown of the tire that keeps them balanced. On 6/15/22 I called over to Tire World in Smyrna (where I bought the tires) to see how much it would cost and to make an appointment because it took 3 hours or so to get them put on. They said it wouldn't cost anything and they didn't have any open spots that day then they changed their mind and said 1 pm that day they can get me in. Mileage I arrived at 12:55 and when 1:45 came I looked and saw the car parked where I parked it. I went and asked if it was done. They said no I'm next. I asked what the deal was with the appointment they said they weren't going to keep a bay open. I had to get back to work so I was unable to get the tires re balanced. On 6/17/22 I went to their website and filled out the information (email, phone, ect to have them contact me to get another appointment. It's 6/22/22 and I haven't heard anything. I see this as a safety issue and apparently they don't. I would like to bring the car in and get the 2 tires re balanced within a reasonable time for an appointment. Nothing more complicated than that. I will also be fine with me getting them balanced somewhere else if they flip the bill.
