      I am writing this email to express extreme safety concerns and unlawful actions that have taken place while residing at an MMC property. Months prior, my husband and I contacted the leasing office regarding hearing noises in our air vent. The office staff and maintenance team disregarded our concerns and did not assess the situation in our home. Now, my husband and I are finding many mice dropping all over our home. The droppings are seen daily on our couch, dining table, kitchen counter, and all over our floors. We have asked the office team and maintenance to take further actions; however, they continue to repeat the same steps without different plans (pest control, placing mouse traps, deterrents, and entering the crawl spaces). We have given them well over 30 days to resolve this issue, but they are constantly telling us that they do not see any evidence of mice being in the home. Not only is this a health concern, but I feel like I have been treated beyond unfairly by the office staff and *****, the regional manager of our community.

      I was a resident for 8.5 years at the ******** Apartment Complex. The office manager, Jackie, was very rude. She did not take any of my concerns seriously. All rooms in the complex have mold growing out of the vents. The final charges were unreasonable for the amount of time my residency was there. *Yes, carpet would need to be replaced after 8.5 years no matter who was the resident. When I have concerns about charges. I expect the manager to have great customer service and explain the issue not just issue a bill and call it case closed. * I know the entire apartment is getting gutted I was the last one in the entire complex to not be remodeled. I should not have to pay for your up keep.

      Good Afternoon, *******. Thank you for expressing your thoughts and concerns regarding your residency at ******** Apartments. There is a formal process to disagree with your final account statement and I will help you with that. First, you must dissent in writing to the property that you rented from. Be specific and itemize the things you disagree with according to the final account statement. You may mail, email, or drop off that communication to the manager or direct it to Justin B****, who is Jackie's direct supervisor @ **********************  Once received we will review the information, compare move in/out condition, and do our best to communicate why you were charged for specific items. Our plans for renovation do not change the final account statement, you are only charged for the damages that happen during your residency. I can also dispute with utmost certainty that all the rooms in the complex do not have mold growing out of the vents, that is a false statement and may be considered slander or an attempt to disrupt our business operations. Thank you for renting from ******** Apartments for 8.5 years, we wish you the best in the future and hope that you have a Happy New Year!
