      100% false advertisement. They Deceived me, the Judge and The *** by advertising 36-hour course , then when you pay you find out its 36 weeks, and a lot of exercises, journals you need to do during the week. I am on week 21,I have at least completed over 420 hundred hours.I need a letter to show the judge a letter that clearly states I have completed 36 hours course. only 6 months to complete .if change the cover, tell the truth that advertised false, if changed, the ** has already seen he found the logan group, believed it was 36 hours , not at all does it says 36 weeks till you pay, They also fail to tell you have extra cost paying for adobe reader , at $1900 a month.If not so I will have my attorney address this issue . and I do not know how they can possibly deny that what I say is 100% true .They also refused my **** card , so I called them , the man said mail a check or Cashiers check , but failed to tell me where to send it , so I wrote back , and he was angry ( have saved Email as proof) , and upsetting me tying to doing everything right . At that point I realized he needed this course way more than me . so, a letter of apology a letter of completing 420 hours , and , after that a refund for the deception, and crisis they put me in do to their false advertisement. That very well could put me in jail if not done in the 6 months the Court alowed me . The court papers don't say I have to take any test, I would like too but have to wait 15 more weeks .Thay are also not A** ********** , I have PTSD, ADHD, and dyslexia. dose not say I have to take any test. I do want to stay on this course till letters to Judge, *** and , me are sent , all can be sent to my address they have . I also want to say mine is a soft miner , not beating wives or all the weeks that do not even come close to pertains to me .I have been in therapy for 29 years , there courses are worthless. I know 10 times more than the information they give me to study. Logan group course is insulting

      It is difficult to know how to respond to this. It is so full of lies I do not know where to begin. I feel certain this person is delusional. I do have 1 comment, though. If I were doing any of the things he reports to the ** and judges and him, I would be arrested by now, 13 years after our company started offering the same services. Also, if you sign up for weekly courses you get that. If you sign up for hourly, you get that. Seriously, this guy needs to get some help. He is ranting about nothing I can find true.

      Online Anger Management Classes (successwithlogan.com) there is alot to study and some neds a lot of scrolling to see all , Thank you, if needed I can go the libery and fax or possible snap shot is they allow me to show any more proof. I also have done well over 440 hours , that are requiered, and even the 36 week is not at all one hour . what I an pssting is tat not only fase **** week requires at least 20 assinment , Section 7: Stress Reduction to Reduce and Release Anger

       this just one example of there one hour corse a week "Let's look at things you can do to reduce stress. Learning some easy relaxation techniques can improve your health, reduce your stress and release anger. Learning the basics of relaxation for stress relief is not difficult if you practice regularly. There are several key skills that are common to almost all relaxation methods. These are:
      Learn To Notice Physical Signs of Tension
      Start paying attention to your body and how it feels at different times of the day. Take a few moments and just notice how your body feels. Is there any tension anywhere? Is your breathing fast or slow? Is it shallow or deep? Do you have a headache or a clenched jaw? Do you feel relaxed or tense, calm or angry? Describe the feelings in your body. This is called a 'body scan'.
      Each person experiences tension in his or her own way. Doing a body scan several times a day will help you get to know your body better. Recognizing signs of stress and tension early is an easy relaxation skill.
      Learn to Control Your Breathing
      All relaxation techniques include different breathing exercises. Start to pay attention to your breathing and learn to slow it down to ***** breaths per minute. Learn how to breathe deeply and slowly, using your abdomen. Yoga and meditation are two methods of learning relaxed breathing styles. Slowing the breathing down is one of the fastest relaxation techniques. It works because it changes the oxygen concentration in your blood. Slowing the breathing rate helps to relax tense muscles.
      Notice your breathing during the day. Is it shallow and fast? Does your chest and throat feel tight? Or is it slow and deep? Try to change your breathing and see what effect it has on your level of tension. Don't take big deep breaths or you may hyperventilate or become light headed which will increase tension.
      Learn to Slow Down Your Mind
      Is your mind always busy and thinking of all the things you still have to do? Do you worry a lot? Many people have trouble "switching off". Begin to notice when your mind feels more active and when it feels calmer. Practice letting the thoughts come and go without getting 'hooked' into them.
      It is a common myth that when learning relaxation, your mind should be empty of thoughts. This is not true. Even when deeply relaxed, most people have thoughts. The difference is that when relaxed, you can let them float by and not have to put effort into them. It is like sitting at a train station. Trains come and go. You notice them but you do not have to get on every train that goes through the station.
      Learning to notice body signs of tension, controlling your breathing and slowing down your mind are the basic skills of all relaxation methods. If you practice these each day, your ability to relax will quickly improve.
      Try these ten easy relaxation tips to feel more relaxed and in control:
      Take a short break and leave a stressful situation. If you are at work, offer to run an errand or go for a short walk. A few minutes away can help you think clearly and the walk will get rid of some of the tension in your body.
      Take a break from the activity you are working on and do something different. Sometimes it helps to come back to a stressful task later, when you feel more relaxed, instead of persevering. If you are at home with small children, it is often better to stop when they and you become frustrated, and take some time out to do something else, so everyone can calm down.
      Listen to relaxing music while you work. Listening to classical or nature music has been shown to lower heart rate and slow breathing. People often report feeling calmer after listening to calming music. Develop the habit of playing music in the background while you work for easy relaxation.
      Take regular breaks during the day. Spend **** minutes to read something uplifting or humorous, or chat with a friend. Small breaks help to prevent your mind and body from becoming fatigued, a major source of stress.
      Practice mindfulness. Mindfulness is the ability to be fully aware of the present moment. It is a skill that helps to reduce stress and depression.       Have a hot bath or shower. This will help to get rid of the tension in your muscles that is a normal result of stress.
      Write down the things that are worrying you. If you are worried, it is very difficult to relax. Once you have written them down, then see how much control you have over them. Can you take any action to solve the problem or are you worrying about things that are out of your control. Worry is a habit that can be helped by learning effective relaxation techniques.
      Keep things in perspective. Ask yourself 'how important is it?' 'How important will it be in a year's time?' Many of the things that cause stress are not important when we look at the big picture.
      Slow your breathing and purposefully relax your body for quick results.
      Unit Assignment: Write It Out, Don't Fight It Out
      Practice reducing your anger by journaling. Use pen and paper or keyboard and computer. Either way, the outcome will be the same...you will have another avenue for releasing your anger. Expressing your feelings in your own words will give a positive release to negative energies.
      Try this for at least a week to see if you find it helpful. Pick a time near the end of your day to write down some of your thoughts. Whatever you are feeling, write it down. Don't worry about grammar. Get your feelings out and on paper, and use as many exclamation marks as you wish. If words fail you, draw some pictures.
      To start, do this for 10 or 15 minutes a day. After a few days, reflect back to see if journaling has made you feel better. If journaling works for you, you will find yourself looking forward to it, especially on the more stressful days"  ther are jurnals , and also did not say I need Office to acess Adobi Reader , and that cost is an aditional 69 dollars , or ***** monthly.  I make 850 a month thats why the ** choose it as  hardship, and he beveved it all was one cost . They even redued my fime from 500 to 400 so I could afford it not aware of extra cost. There is so much more reguading tat I allow the Judge to see my progress, yet for califoina only . I tried  to and not **** about that very last statment , and felt and read there was blog for groups to help each other. there is non in *******

      Wow, Seriously, get some help. I am not one to sit and read pages of BS written by someone so divorced from the truth. In the little I did scan, I saw plenty of obvious and provable mistruths. Also, he has been criminally harassing me, as I understand the law. I am a "big boy," and his misguided attempts to hurt me with words is not going to yield the attention from me he wants. Everyone, please enjoy the work of fiction he has written you. When you have 10s of thousands of happy clients every year, you are going to get one of these, every so often. It's statistics, and it is a shame.

      I am rejecting this response because: I am on my way to collect all bank statments that will show I am true , and will expect SCRAM to pay any further expences , I will also call SCRAM in Missulia MT to again request my billing statments for the last time , for as they have pomised to send . I alawys suspected they not sending in my patches to ******** , so Embezziling is for shure going to become front page News and will contact the Missulian to make my reportes , this will take some time due to weather and I am tierd of ther lies . How can SCRAM not see me that I pail 9 hundred and forty dollar,s for nothing lost ***************************** out . Now comes slander , thats another issue . I will wait for ther responce , as it may take a few days to have bank pull up all bank statments at SCRAMS cost. I do not have cell service in my home or a cramra , so this will take till next Monday or hopfully not to long . I just called SCRAM in Missulia and was patched over to Gread in ****** ** , he laught at me and said I will never get my money back aand have all reciepts , and in a scattered way , so have your SCRAM superviser call Greag to prove I did in fact pay for SCRAM . he was not very nice as he was sometimes . Have SCRAM call ************** and they will get the Missulia  Scram , then have them passtch them over to the ******  ** SCRAM where ***** will anwaser, he will not agrre of refund , yet is proof I was a client and dind pay for the servise , as wher my patches were sent I have no IDEA. I will call or go to bank to get statments , just need to know how to send them. Now when I get statments , and **** will confirm I was  A clinet . Whats next to do but wait for a reply.  and let the BBB know when I am ready with all Billing Statments , PS some were made with cash ,  due to some computer glitch Grig sad so paid hin out of pocket 1 or 2 times, as I was staing to deth , It is sad I have to prove I was a clinent. I will check and see the cost of my banks pulling up older records. I am just stumped that there no records of my exsistance whith 9 monthes With SCRAM. Posable that *****'s Missulia **, an *************** are the ones who embezzeled my payments if I sill do not show up as past client. I provided the dates. Thank you and please no need to slander
