    Our experience with Murfreesboro Movers was fantastic. Scheduling was super easy. They worked with our schedule. Day of moving went very smooth. I got a text to let me know that they were on their way. The men that moved our belongings were very professional and respectful. They asked questions and made sure we were satisfied before they left. I would definitely use this company again.

    We sold our home and had to move our belongings to a storage facility while our new home was being built. The crew that moved us to the storage facility did not take any precautions or care of our furniture. Fabric loveseat and chair were not covered and were heavily soiled from them sitting in the cul de sac on end. They were then moved to the storage facility and other items were stacked on them. The pillows were removed and basically tossed. We had damage to multiple pieces of wooden furniture that were not covered or taken care of. After the move I contacted Aaron M****** at Murfreesboro Movers to let him know of the damage. I sent pictures per his request. He stated that we could file a claim or wait until our final move to the new home to file it in case any other damage had occurred. We opted to wait until the final move. Several months later our new home was complete and the crew that moved us from the storage facility to our new home did a great job. The head guy was Danny. He stated he couldn’t believe what he seen at the storage facility with the way our belongings were handled and stored. He stated that the crew that originally moved us has had some issues. Danny and his crew handled everything very well. We did not have any damage with this move. I contacted Aaron to file the claim on the damage we initially occurred. The claim was denied by the insurance because too much time had passed. I have repeatedly tried to get a resolution on this. Aaron has ignored my messages. Only after Aaron went on vacation I was able to reach an employee named Lee. He did hire a carpet cleaning company to take care of the soiled furniture. Since then I have continued to reach out to Aaron for the damage to our wooden furniture but can not reach him. I would at least expect Murfreesboro Movers to stand behind their service as it was Aaron who gave us the choice to file the claim after the last move.

    This was the worst experience I ever had. Not only did they drop and damage my furniture, but they left my things in the hallway & elevator of the storage. & proceeded to leave without saying anything at all. The movers never returned and the manager won’t answer the phone to rectify this situation. I wish I could give them less of a star!

    We are always sorry when our customers are unsatisfied with their service.
    Unfortunately, we cannot please everyone, although we strive to do so.
    During your service, you demonstrated on several occasions to be very unpleasant and verbally abusive to our crew and stated multiple times, while the service was being conducted, that you were not going to make payment if it took longer than you thought it should. The last instance was when you berated and used foul language at the crew member.
    Once the crew lead contacted management and notified the operations manager, they were approved to cancel your service and leave the job site.
    Your signed and dated work authorization says, in part, Section 10 (a)
    "The carrier reserves the right to immediately cancel service, at no fault,......
    if/when a customer becomes physically and/or verbally abusive to any service crew member"
    You were not charged for any services conducted, although we are legally entitled to collect from you as pertaining to your signed and dated work authorization.
    Bear in mind, for future reference, We were there to conduct a service for you, you were immediately hostile and made the whole situation adversarial. We reserve the right to not be subjected to you or your unpleasant behavior.
    Future customers Beware.

    I've never had a better experience with a moving company. It was easy to get an estimate and schedule service. The movers arrived on time, we did a walk through and they started wrapping items and loading them on the truck. My furniture was placed where I wanted and there were no surprises with the bill.
    I highly recommend this company!
