I'd leave a half start if it would allow me. This home inspector isn't worth your loss. I had the same one years ago and he done great, but this past year 2023 I hired him again for another home I was purchasing. He did the most horrible job of any inspector I've ever heard. Most things were cleared here but the house had so many things that needed to be addressed and was never acknowledged in the report. There were absolutely no plumbing vents in the roof. Yet the report was said that the roof vents were in tact and fine. The roof had massive defects due to faulty workmanship, and it was never acknowledgeable. Our roof started leaking into our home which caused all these things to be found defective with this home. The plumbing also had to be fixed after I moved in, the roofs had to be replaced on both my home and garage. I'm down to no money left because he never acknowledged these issues, and my insurance wouldn't cover due to faulty workmanship, I tried to get help from his insurance too, they were protected from the inspection report paper signed prior to my inspection. Like I'm gonna live in my home a few days after inspection. This has been the worst experience I've ever dealt with or heard of in a single time. I hope if you're ready to hire him you're ready to get to digging deep in your pockets and they are full because ours are empty because of Randy C****** negligence. Beware of his work. I have all documentation of everything and nothing was helped. Insurance is a money gimmick because mine nor his wanted to step up. All because he didn't make note of our roofs being faulty workmanship. We wouldn't have moved into the home if he had said what should've been said to begin with. I feel like his job could've been better than he performed. NEVER again will I make a mistake like Randy C***** KBR home inspector!
