      I purchased an Evolution, electric golf cart from Mikeys Motors in November 2023 and moved to ******* the following February. The cart then died in July. I worked with the sales *** at Mikeys to find a local dealer for warranty work and ended up taking it to *****************. Another Evolution dealer. They ***laced the controller, I got it back and it died the next day or so. They took it back and ***laced the controller again. It died again the day after I got it back. This time it ways the battery. They ***laced the battery, brought it back and it died again within a few days. It appears to be a bad battery again. I live in a golf cart community and have not had use of this cart for 5 months. I want my money back or at least a new golf cart under the ******** **** Act. I have sent emails and tried calling but apparently the owner is out for an extended time and no one else can do anything.

      In regards to complaint brought by **** *******. Mr. ******* purchased the unit from our dealership November 16, 2023; shortly thereafter he moved to *******. July 13th he reached out to his salesman in regards to his cart not running. We offered to perform the diagnosis if he were to bring the cart back to us; but due to proximity he was referred to a dealership in ******* for warranty work. The dealership in ******* performed warranty repairs as advised by ********* to replace the controller and ********** was then brought to our attention in early October that the repairs did not resolve his issue and on October 17th, 2024 we received an email from Mr. ******* stating if he did not hear back from Evolution that he would be hiring an attorney at which we were instructed by our attorney to discontinue communication. We did however notify Evolution and ******* dealer of the situation to try and help as best we can. We have offered for the unit to be brought back to our dealership to address warranty work at which that has not happened. We understand his frustration, but without seeing the unit since purchase we do not feel that a refund is warranted by our dealership.
