    So far the Cell service is good. Used my old phone and number. My problem is that they Take the money from your bank account without a statement. You are prepaying without knowing what exactly you have paid for. This means they can change prices and you are stuck with paying for it because you already paid a whole month before you get a statement for it.
    For Clarification: today is Aug 13th the cycle ends on Aug 4th they took my money on Aug 5th There is no statement for this payment! I will get the statement on Sept 5th.
    I want to know why a statement is not made and added to my account BEFORE the Money is Taken from my bank account.

    "that is the current billing so at the end of the billing cycle is when you will be able to see that statement."
    "The statement is not published until the cycle closes for the cycle that just closed."
    "We are prepaid, you pay for the cycle at the start of each cycle."
    "Our billing is stated when signing up and is in our terms and conditions. Our billing is prepaid, so you pay for service at the start of the cycle for that cycle "

    I have been a twigby customer for over a year. They use *******. I had ******* before. Much better reception and at a better price. I was able to get phones for my whole family and still pay less than I was with tmobile for only two. I also like knowing we have the best network and it shows. Reading the low reviews below, I guessing mostly user error. Have not had one problema and I tell me friends as well.

    Garbage towers...garbage updates. Considering changing with better phone provider if they can't fix my internet problem or why it glitch or lags so much. Operates like ********** WiFi!!!

    The phone service is great ....it doesnt drop calls now or have trouble hearing ...glad they use ******* towers ....each time i chatt with customer service they are helpful ..i havent bought phones or changed services etc ..i just got service for my buisness phone n i brought it with me ....so i have no issues :)
