We bought a new construction home in november of 2022, for which hayne's brothers installed and provided quite a lot of things for. In December, we noticed that our front window had a sizable crack on it so we contacted our realtor who told us to reach out to hayne's brothers about replacing it. Little did we know we would STILL be dealing with this issue NINE MONTHS later. Hayne's brother's has been nothing but unprofessional and seems to be outright ignoring and stringing us along with no intention to ever replace the window. While I understand some things are hard to get in, and have been, that's no excuse to outright ignore emails, never answer the phone or return voicemails, and ignore texts as well. ***** is who is supposed to order the windows, and at this point I believe he has just been lying to us up to this point about ever having ordered the windows to begin with. Most recently, we reach out on wednesday(8/3/22) and ask about the status of the windows. ***** told us they were ordered and would be on the truck Friday (8/12/22), but it would take a bit for the truck to be unloaded and a man named ***** would call us to schedule the install. On Monday (8/15/22) we again reached out after never hearing from either of those people and were told the windows were ordered and would be on the truck friday! When we brought up that he said that 2 weeks ago and they should have already have the windows, he told us he would need to "check on it" and now has ghosted us once again. No amount of phone calls, emails, or texts seem to bother them as they will ignore all of them. We have done this dance over 5 times now, where the windows were supposedly ordered and then they simply ignore us about them. I do not believe they ever order them or have any intentions of ordering them and replacing our cracked window. It honestly feels like they're hoping we'll give up so they don't have to replace them.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/09/13) */ We went to the customer's home at the end of January at no charge to measure for a piece of glass that he needed to replace. The glass came to us mid February, again at the end of March, again in mid July, always broken or wrong so we had to reorder each time. It was received here for the 4th time on September 8. We had an appointment with the customer today, September 13, and the glass was replaced. Shipments for all products have been radical for the last 3 years. I understand the wait was frustrating but each time it came in broken we reordered it right away at no charge to the customer at any time. Many times we are told a product will be on the next truck but also, many times that is not the case.
