      In November of 2019 I purchased my 2016 ************* and purchased a extended warranty from this company for my Jeep.I had all my oil changes and service completed at reputable dealer. Oil changes and service completed per the owners manual. Now my jeep has been at the dealer since 3/14/2024 needing repair and the warranty company is not wanting to cover my vehicle as was stated in our agreement when i purchased the warranty. i have tried to contact them with no response. The dealership has went above and beyond. This company only has a 2 star rating and i can see why. It is a break of contract and i am willing to seek representation if i have to. All i am asking for is them to stand by the warranty that they sold me.

      She has us misunderstood with some other company. We dont even deal in automotive repair. We repair hospital beds, and consumer Adjustable Beds.

      This consumer has misidentified our company with someone else. We do not offer automobile extended warranties or repair. We repair hospital beds and consumer Adjustable Beds that are covered under warranty by the manufacturer we work with; and sell parts for those products. Our Company website is listed with the BBB and can be visited by this consumer.

      I misplaced the remote control for my bed. So, I call genesis to purchase one. However, within hours I called/emailed them (him) back telling him I no longer needed the remote because mine was found. I paid $119 for this remote only because Im bed bound and ready needed it. A few hours after my call/email the lead person tells me its to late and was on its way. He was going to make money off me either way. He assured me all was good just send it back which I did and I did it where he had to sign for it. This way he coupsay they never received it. I should have stopped the payment through my bank. I knew it was wrong I felt it in my gut. They got the remote, but I still had to call them. They said I opened it and put batteries in it! I said, I would love to see the batteries bc I NEVER took it out of its bag and certainly Never touched it. I had no need. stole/kept/took $42 from my refund. They sent my order out knowing I didnt need it. They wete going to profit off me either way. Thats just wrong and extremely bad business. $42 is a lot of money for nothing especially for someone with a limited income. I reached out several times before ***** finally got back to me just to tell me its too bad. Thats the way their business operates, Basically, Im being penalized/punished financially for their doing. The company is sneaky and could care less about the customers. I really list $50 because it cost me $8 to Fed Ex it back. I feel violated and was definitely taken advantage of by Genesis warranty.

      You were issued a FULL REFUND yesterday.  Your return was misidentified with another order that had arrived opened and used.  This is why your refund was incomplete, and charged a re-stock fee. Our sincere apologies for this mix up!  We strive to be the best we can be in our industry but unfortunately sometimes mistakes happen, but rest assured your credit card was refunded. It's worth noting that our company has never had any complaints whatsoever with the BBB.  Our BBB reviews reflect our company's true commitment to customer service.  Again, Very sorry for the misunderstanding!
