      The employee **** was VERY rude to me . i finance a vehicle here, i purchased the vehicle Nov.25th Dec.1st my car started overheating so i bought it back and was told it would be done getting repaired that day or the next morning ! i went the next day to find out my car still wasnt done and that was my only way to work and school ! when i purchased the car **** lied to me about how many owners the car had and never showed me the car fax ! i stated this is the reason you didnt show me the carfax he stated you buying the car you shouldve reminded me, i hope the d*** part dont come in and ill make sure the **** car dont get fixed. When i asked him to repeat what he had just said to me he stated and ill say it again you can get the f*** out of here and dont have no car. All i could do was stand there because i was so shocked an employee spoke to me this way! i know for a fact im not the first customer that have went through this because of the reviews on their website. The owner was no help, all he did was give me his card and **** was laughing the entire time me and the owner was speaking. Im highly upset i purchased from this place and would not recommend it to anyone.

      When you brought your car in on December 4, 2023. The owner told you "We would take care of it hopefully we'd be able to get it done today."Our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused during the resolution process. We promptly ordered the necessary part on December 4th, and the unforeseen delay in acquiring it from the dealership was beyond our control. We regret any miscommunication regarding the expected timeframe for the repair.

      We acknowledge the unfortunate incident with our team member,****, and extend our apologies for any rudeness encountered during your visit.  You discussed your concerns with the owner along with your mother, you were also given a copy of the Car Fax along with the owner's card with is cell phone number just in case you had any other questions or concerns. Appropriate measures were taken to address and prevent such occurrences in the future.

      In an effort to assist you during this period, we provided financial support for your transportation, especially for work and school commitments. Although our vehicles are sold AS IS all repairs were goodwill repairs at no cost to you. We value your business. If there are any further concerns or if you require additional assistance, please don't hesitate to contact us directly.
