In November 2021, I paid for a vacation scheduled for departure on December 28, 2021. Due to unforeseen circumstances I had to cancel the trip and contacted the agency and spoke with ******. This has been the individual I have been in contact with up to this point. I've spoke with her in January and was told I would be getting a $2300 refund. The refund was never received and I reached out in March and then April when I was told something happened with the paperwork and it had been submitted but it could take 7-11weeks to get refund. June 03, 2022 I contacted and spoke with ****** and informed her that I still had not received refund and she stated she thought it was taken care of and she would call me back. As of today I still have have not heard back from the agent despite calling 6/10, 6/17, 6/22, and today 6/28/2022. Unsure what to do at this point to resolve the issue.
