      once we knew that we were notified about the new tow truck service ,we were told to come get a new one. as a tenant of ***************** ,it was told that we were supposed to be notified about flat tires expired tags etc, its also in ***************** office it was stated that they have to sticker the car about expired tags etc. ive seen the tow truck over at 8pm at night and he stated he was making his rounds(dark skinned guy with tattoos on his face and a glock in his hands). so i proceeded in my apartment,so on november the 4th i checked my car for any stickers being put on my car about anything and never seen a sticker but around 830pm i was outside and my car was in the parking lot and still no sticker. as state laws require to sticker a car if something is wrong and i talked to the lady in creekwood office and she stated that she called them about certain cars and that mine wasnt one of those cars,she also stated sbout the 10 day notice for a car as i made calls ,i found out she contacted them about our cars as if drive outs are illegal. she told them she had ************************************************************************************************************************************************************ problems and that they were suppose to sticker my car with a 24hour notice about my drive out but they didnt. i contacted the memphis police department as weell to see if drive outs are illegal and they are not and i was told that i could have one on my car as long its not expired but when i spoke with trac towing they refusing to bring my car back to me and still never sent me thepicture of the sticker that they claim to have put on my car. this ***************** is so out of place and i also blame creekwood as well because they are supposed to notify us if rules have changed. upon calling the ***************** they were asking me questions as if my car was stolen like i dont have my title which i do.

      Yesterday which was 6/12/24 tract 1 towing towed my car even though I had a parking sticker in my review mirror. I call and ask them why they towed my car and they response was I didnt have any parking sticker on my car and that they have a picture to prove. So i ask for the picture but they refuse to give to me and said imma have to pay 255 to get my car back even though I didnt have a way to get it or go to work because that was my only transportation. So I ask my friend to take me to get my car today and immediately i showed them the sticker after numerous times they said they took a picture and it wasnt no sticker on my car.And instead of them disregarding the incident they told me i have to pay half instead of the whole 255 because I didnt have my sticker on my window instead of putting it on my review mirror.

      My car was towed from the parking lot where I live over night where my vehicle is registered with the rental ****** of ************************** at ************************ in ******* *********. I called the police , they told me my car was towed by the complex and they gave me the number to call to the specific tow company. The woman who answered the phone for trac-1 towing on viscount *** then told me they didnt have my car and ignorantly asked me why would they have my car , this conversation lasted 20 minutes at 6am on Friday January 20th 2023. She then told me she was going out to check for my car then came back to the phone later and said she didnt see it. Then she got caught in her lie and told me she was still at home and to call back in a few hours so she can get out the house and get to work to check. This entire process has been very unprofessional, disorganized, and full of deceiving information from *************** company because on the lease they are requesting you list make model and color of your vehicle on the lease agreement then not use that information to keep a registry log of tenants so they do not tow RESIDENTS. That was all listed and is currently in file. In November my car was broken into in front of my house in the exact same parking spot and *************** refused to pull the camera footage after multiple emails saying they would and it would only take 48 hours for them to did it, it was never done.

      The customer had spoken with dispatch before operating hours about the customers car so she wasnt aware that it was here at the lot so she could not give her an answer. The car that was towed for no permit witch is a part of the operators detailed job. I will not issue this customer a refund for the operators doing their job.
