    I purchased an item from this company through the shop app. Only after making the purchase did the company advise that they had 30 days to ship the item which was unacceptable for me. I reached out to the company to find out when the item would be shipped and was advised they could take up to ******************************************************************************* my money back. That created a back and forth exchange through text with this business. A few days go back no money back or cancellation notice of item. I filed a dispute through Shop App to get my money back and this company provided false information. I still had no item or money back I filed a second dispute to which this company provided a tracking number which belonged to someone else in another state and told the shop app the item was shipped and delivered, and the item was never sent to me. It was sent to a ****************, CO address and I live in **. This company is a fraud. They are scammers. This company promotes items as if they are authentic and they are not. They promote items as if they are a brick and mortar and have the item on hand and they do not. They sell duplicates and lead customers to believe they are authentic.

    A transaction was made on ******** for Dapidorae. An order was placed on 09/30 at 9:05am. A cancellation email was sent on 09/30 at 9:06am. I contacted the company via phone call, text, email, and even from the website and no assistance or update was provided. I contacted my bank and pending assistance. I really need assistance because I was trying to buy sneakers for my mom and I. *********** canceled my order without reason and has not returned me my money. $218.06 is a lot of money. Thank you. I did not get the item nor did I get my refund back. Thank you.

    We issued a refund to this customer on the same day, so the claim is unnecessary. We take fraud seriously and do not tolerate dishonest activity on our website. We respectfully request that the case be closed, as the matter has already been resolved.
