I visited McDonalds between 10-1030. I ordered a sweet tea, cheeseburger no onion and small fries. I wasnt given a receipt. Once I got my order and pulled off and drank just about all of the tea I realized something was floating in the bottom of the cup so I took the straw and caught some of it on the straw. I was furious immediately, it was a slimy substance which appeared to be mold and I had consumed just about all of the cup contents. I tried calling the store but the line was busy then I drove back up there to set a copy but the cashier that had now come on duty was rude and walked away from the window and refused to come back to it stating I should have called in. I immediately got the info on the drive thru window and tried to contact the number listed.Initial Complaint

Shorted me on breakfast order of $10.00 . I paid for order. When I got home wrong order.Been in contact with McDonalds for nearyt 2 months. Would not respond until I re emailed them.Finally got a apology letter from area supervisor (**************) 9013887570 . She must not have read my complaint. She sent me a card for a buy one get one free big mac.I have had a complaint with them since August 2021. My Reference number with McDonalds is 19259162. I would like to receiver refund for food I did not receive
