    My interactions with the staff were all positive and they were very responsive. However, be wary of how they operate if you are attempting to sell them a property. They will have you sign a purchase agreement, which limits your ability to find other buyers, under the guise that they are able to afford the property. The wording in this purchase agreement allows them 30 days to break the contract with no forfeit of escrow amount. Which in addition is set at $100, much lower than standard in the real estate industry. This is an indication of how serious they are about the purchase. A higher escrow would mean they are serious buyers. This way of operating allows them time to look into your property to see if it is viable for them, delaying your ability to sell and find another buyer. It only benefits them and the seller has no safeguards and time gets wasted. Time was wasted while they were considering the purchase. That consideration should have happened before a purchase agreement was signed, and the purchase agreement should be equal protection for the seller and the buyer. It is not. There are more honest and reputable investors out there if you are looking to sell who will be more upfront about their intentions. This is not one of them.
