1 starThey reached out to me saying that they want to buy my house. They made me a cash offer and mailed me an "unreal" check for the purchase of the property. After I accepted their cash offer, they bailed out by not proceeding with the sale and then ghosted me altogether. They lack transparency and don't stand by their lowball "cash offers."They have very deceptive business practices as others have mentioned. Had I seen the reviews on BBB, I would have not bothered to not waste my time.Review fromKerrissa C

5 starsI love this company. If I have to sell again, I will use them. Very professional and understanding. They got everything together less than a month. They kept their word, communicated probably, and made sure we understood the process. My parents died 2 yeara apart and my sister and I needed the house out of our hands. We were able to take care of the obligations. Great job.
