    I closed the sale of my condo at the Artesian on September 24, 2024. Wright Property Management manages the property. Wright provided my closing company the fees associated with move in (buyer)/move out (seller, me), which are non-refundable, paid to the *******************************. I am attaching the check that cleared their account on October 2, ****** moved out of my unit on September 20, 2024. I scheduled a time and date with Onterreo, the onsite Assistant Property Manager prior to this date. The Onterreo asked me to provide a $150 check to reserve the elevator for the move out date. Onterreo told me that the check would be "torn up," after the move out.However, the check was deposited. I had multiple conversations with ***, the Property Manager. In the final conversation, *** told me that she talked to *****, a manager at the company, and that a check for $150 would be sent at the end of the month (October). *** explained that the company cuts checks at the end of each month.I have not received the check, and we are approaching mid-December. I have tried to contact ***** directly, but she has not responded to my email.Thank you for any help you can provide in helping me reach a resolution with Wright Property Management.

    Hello,

    A refund check originally mailed on 10/31/24 was not received by Mr. ************ A replacement check was hand delivered on 12/9/24.  Mr ***** indicated he may withdraw the complaint after receiving the reissued check.

    A property (The ********, ******* - unit 303) managed by Wright Property Managements was sold in August 2023. HOA maintenance fee was paid at closing and deducted from a checking account. Appropriate documents and emails from us, closing attorneys to *********************** of Wright Management have failed in recovering the $580 HOA fee. We need this remedied immediately.

    A check was received for the amount due ** ($580) in the mail from The Wright Property Management.  This rectifies the issue.  Thank you for your assistance!
