    I've been renting this house for the last 25 years,,the company will fix small things but when it comes to large things, like my dining room ceiling partially fell down yesterday,they came out & looked at it & instead of fixing it,they said it's unlivable & I have to move,,I don't have any family left but 1 ************ lives with her ************** kids,,I'm 69 years old and legually blind,this is my home even though I don't own ****** don't want to leave my environment that I've been in for the last 25 years,,please help me.

    We received the call about the issues with the ceiling.  We sent out a technician to assess the damage and cause.  The ceiling had actually fallen.  To clean up the debris and make the necessary repairs, the tenant's belongings will need to be moved.  After back and forth with the tenant on how to get the items moved for the repair, we were at a stalemate.....the tenant can't move the items and would not agree to our team moving them for him.  We met with the tenant again and went over the options again and now have a plan to get his belongings moved around so the necessary repairs can be made.
