      I went in and told them I would like to apply for an ************** They accept section 8 ************** said yes & she said the amount of applications ******************** fee was $150 I immediately went to get money order I was so eager to finally get a place to live so I went and got the money order went back up there filled out out the money order tour off off the small portion of the money order she said no leave that on with it mental issues I deal with says ** and knew that didnt sound right whole time shes not discussing anything to me just highlighting papers laying ************ of me saying sign what they highlight on the phone with her man she didnt do no explaining about if I dont get approved I will loose all my money r nothing at all about this I would of thought about that because I dont have no idea to loose if she had of did any talking about they go by your credit I have a section 8 voucher to cover rent accept $150 I would pay that Im living in some based on income apartments now in *************** pay $150 now and I got approved and been paying for 2 yrs no late payments or nothing they told me to put on the application that I live with my daughter I dont know Im dealing with mentally issues and they violated me because of my mental illness now Im not able to afford my other bill here because section 8 vouchers should be your credit

      Our previous owners in **************,** were bought out by this company. Since they took over, no one has maintained to dog area which is an infection and disease risk. I offered to clean up if there was a pooper scooper and bags. All I heard back was were hiring people to do it. That was 6 months ago. The train rooms are always full of trash and cat litter. It is never cleaned and you can smell trash from the hallway. Again an infection risk. Ive been at this same apartment since Jan 2020 and have never paid utilities besides electric. I signed a new lease in December 2023 and was told everything would remain the same. I didnt have to pay a utility fee for the month of January or February. This month (March), I received an invoice for utilities and this was added to my rent. Utilities that include the aforementioned trash debacle. Not only is the utility bill nonsense because it hasnt been charged since the beginning of my lease but the lies of how long Ive been opted into this program (2020) is blasphemy. As well as being enrolled in this program or website, without my consent to receive emails. To top it off, the invoice is addressed to me but has a completely wrong address. Im stuck in this lease that was supposed to be legally binding but seems to be forever changing without notice. In office Management has changed twice since January. Previously the office manager didnt have access to the work orders so my kitchen sink was leaking for almost a week. Im pretty sure the wood cabinet below the pipes is damaged but that wasnt even a thought it that crossed anyones mind although it wreaks of mildew. This place is blatantly neglectful and untruthful. And its been the worst 6 months of my life. Honestly, its been very depressing to live under these conditions. I think Id rather live in government housing than to pay $1300 for this trash of a facility.
