      Complaint Against EZR Property Management We, the board of ********* ***, are filing this complaint against EZR Property Management for unprofessional conduct and contract violations during our transition to a new management company.Upon learningthrough a leaked internal meetingthat we were exploring other management options, EZR sent a mass email to all residents, slandering past and present volunteer board members. The email falsely called us unprofessional dictators, damaging reputations and making our roles more difficult.EZR then unilaterally terminated our contract immediately, despite our agreement requiring a 30-day transition period. After discussions, they reluctantly honored the contract but provided minimal assistance during the transition.During this period:Bills were left unpaid, causing confusion.Communication was passive-aggressive and unhelpful.EZR revoked our online portal access nearly a week before contract termination, preventing us from retrieving work orders and financial recordsa clear contract violation.These actions created unnecessary hardship for our board and disrupted HOA operations.We are requesting the following resolutions:Confirmation that all financial records were properly transferred.An editable spreadsheet of all outstanding work orders.A formal apology for the defamatory email sent to our residents.**** conduct was retaliatory, unprofessional, and in breach of contract. We expect them to correct these issues and ensure a proper resolution.Desired Outcome: Full transfer of financials and work orders, along with a formal written apology.

      We value the work weve done with ********* over the years and strive to uphold the highest standards of community management in the industry. At ***, we are committed to advising board of directors on what is best for the community. In this case, our team was unable to fully align with the current board's vision.

      In anticipation of a smooth transition, all necessary documents were provided to Wright well in advance of the typical industry timeline. Weve attached screenshots to support this.

      However, we believe there have been inaccuracies in the statements made regarding our service. False claims about our work can significantly damage the reputation we have built. EZR Management has always prioritized the legal and financial well-being of the associations we manage, and its unfortunate that these reviews do not reflect our ongoing commitment to those principles. With the conclusion of our contract and all required documentation provided, please consider this communication as the final point of contact from our team. We trust that your new management company will be able to assist with any further needs.

      We vacated a house my son leased for the school year. He was out when the lease ended 5/15. Numerous called bared no fruit. The office refuses to provide meaningful info with regard to this refund except to extend things as long as possible. promises ***** kept. I was told check cut 6/30. After calling again they told me check mailed last week after 4th holiday. Its 3 days into another week and Im across town. No check has arrived.

We understand that our leasing coordinator reached out to one of the tenants to resolve a pending payment; however, he didn't receive a response for several weeks. Once we did receive a response, the security deposit was refunded, which was within our 60-day process of returning security deposits. Please give us a call at **************, if you have additional questions or concerns.
