    I rented a house from Crestcore starting November 1, 2022. The home has one bathroom. For the first 5 days of living there the faucet in the tub/shower would not turn on. It was repaired then several months later it broke again and I paid a plumber to fix it. Then in May it broke again and I had to turn it on and off with a s**** driver. I feel like it is ridiculous to pay $1365 for a home that does not have a properly working tub/shower faucet. Then in August of 2023 (the 28th) the air conditioning quit cooling to set point. I reported it immediately and someone came to fix it 10 days later. The gentleman could not determine what was wrong other than the attic not being vented properly. He said he would be back and then I never heard from anyone.As of August 28th the house became unlivable due to the air conditioning not working properly. I wrote several emails asking for someone to contact me from the main office and called but no one ever contacted me. As of the time I moved out (October 31 2023) the air conditioning was STILL not cooling to set point! Even the director of maintenance stopped by mid October and had no resolution to the ** issue. This has been very irritating situation because I have not been able to live in the home for several months. I have gone back and forth everyday from my families home that my kids and I had to stay at. All while continuing to pay my rent up until October.

    They person in collections needs to be replaced He's constantly adding on charges and rearranging the rent ledger. I had a zero balance and now he's saying I owe 92 dollars for February My balance for this month is 941 dollars he added another 92 dollar late fee which made my balance a thousand and some dollars Someone really needs to investigate him. Then he had me going to court like I missed a month paying rent when I didn't. And once again he keeps rearranging that rent ledger making it seem like a person not paying what they owe. I been in this house almost 9yrs and has never been taking to court. Since he started in collections is been a mess

    Hi ****************,We have looked into this matter and there have been no unwarranted charges added to your account. Rent payments are due on the 1st of the month and late fees are autogenerated on the 7th of the month for any unpaid balance on the account. You settled your January balance on January 17th leaving you a $.24 credit towards February rent. You did not pay the February rent until February 14th. A late fee was generated on 2/7/24 in the amount of $92.48. When you paid the February rent you only paid $900 on the balance owed of $1037.24. Your monthly rent is $925, you also have renters' insurance through us, and that charge is $20.The total amount due on the 1st of the month is $945. If you fail to pay the balance by the 5th a $92.50 late fee is added to the balance. That is 10% of the rent amount as agreed upon in your lease agreement.As for the eviction that was filed, your account was in default for 2 months. You were able to get the balance caught up, and we continued to work with you and dropped the eviction case against you.As for the accusations of rearranging your rent ledger, all of the charges are auto generated and cannot be rearranged. Only adjustments can be made by the accounting department, and they are documented on the rental ledger. We would be happy to set up a time with you to meet at the office to discuss this further and give you a better understanding of your rental ledger.Thank you,CrestCore *******************
