    Their service department is terrible. The customer is not important, only how much they can rob you. I went in to get a certain part fixed on my car and they found several other parts to be fixed. They wanted to charge me thousands of dollars for several other things they claimed they found. The service advisor ********************* kept trying to upcharge me and he was rude and kept cutting me off when I was speaking. While they were fixing the car they claimed my hose was leaking and it wasn't leaking when I brought it in. When I tried to keep checking on my car and leave messages he wouldn't return them until I had to report it to the manager. They kept my car for 2 months. They try to scam the customer to paying a lot more money than they need.

    I purchased a vehicle from this establishment on may 18. Not even a week later I noticed the car jerking and hesitant to accelerate. I took the car back to the dealership to get serviced, they kept the car to be serviced for about a month. When I received my vehicle back from getting serviced I noticed that the car had the same problem but worse. I took the car back to be serviced a second time. I still do not have the vehicle. I asked them if it was possible for me to get a new car or possibly get my money back , they said sales were final. Also that if I was to try trade it for a different vehicle, I would have to put down more money. They barely communicate with me about the progress of the vehicle. I used all my savings to purchase this vehicle and I still have yet to have it in my possession.

    I purchased a 2021 ****** Altima. The crash sensor should have been fixed before I arrived to purchase the car. The salesman (*****) and his manager promised my mother they would have it fixed before I got there. It was not. The only concern was making the sell not satisfying the customer. I drove six hours back to ******* to get it fixed. I was then told it was more than the sensor that needed repair. It was the entire front end although I was told by the salesman it had not been involved in an accident. I was told they needed to order parts. I was told Id receive a phone call which I never did. I reached out to the salesman since he is there and it was his responsibility to make sure that the car was in tact before I purchased it. He then said go to service knowing Im 6 hours away. I had the car inspected by a mechanic that also does collision repair. He told me the car had indeed been in an accident. Also, I received a call from the revenue office stating they had my tags. I arrived and they realized the dealership did not send all of the paperwork over. This process has been a headache and a huge inconvenience. The salesman was deceitful. Its a sales job so I get that you would like to make the sell. But please find some integrity, organizational skills and customer service practices to better the business. Also, it was never put into the system that the car needed the repairs so the manager ***** stated there is nothing that can be done.

    They charge me for a problem that they cant fix
