This is company is horrible. Since they took over from Bud Davis, customer service has went down the drain. The service department horrible. From management to service advisers. You spend your money with but treat you like you don't. They have loaner cars but you only can get one if you're only using "factory" warranty, any other warranty doesn't count. I feel like if your customer car will be with you for a long period of time due to a part on back order and they warranty company is paying for your service, then you should get a loaner car. **************** should be fair across the board, if a customer is patronizing your business. You can't never reach any service advisor. The service manager is trash. The mechanics doesn't fix things properly. They miss diagnosis your car. They suppose to fix one thing and does something totally different or make matters worse because they don't know what the heck they are doing. Bud Davis would have NEVER. My warranty company paying Landers almost $14,000 to replace my motor, that has been in the shop going on 3 months with no date on when they will receive the motor. But I can't get a loaner car. When they sales drop across the board, don't look surprise. Customers has had enough of this toxic ssa company. I wish I could use a negative star. The company and the whole service department need to be thrown in the land field. Any customer that is spending money and they vehicle is going to be kept pass so many days and patronizing your business should be able to get a loaner car. It shouldn't be only if you have a factory warranty. A warranty is warranty when you get done. Ain't no factory warranty paying for no loaner car. Customers are NOT stupid with the terms or language you use to justify how you give out loaner cars. Everyone is spending money and patronizing this horrible establishment.Review from Tracy S

I have been in business with Cadillac of Memphis for several years. I have purchased four Cadillacs from here . On my last visit I requested service on my 2013 Cadillac CTS , I was told by the service department that my vehicle was too old for them to service . My car only has ****** miles on it and that is not a lot for a 2013, it is 2023 now correct? I was so disappointed. When did a car become too old to work on? I am very displeased with the service that I received and I no longer recommend them.Review from Benolyn C

I purchased my 2021 Cadillac Escalade in ********* in May 2021 and have had to use the service department at Cadillac of Memphis since I live in the area. Unfortunately, my experience with their service department has not been good. The service staff rarely answers or returns calls, and the service manager has not responded to my emails or voicemails. My most recent visit, April 11, 2023, is not off to a good start. I dropped my car off at 7:00 AM and informed my service advisor, ******, that my car was making a noise. She said they would give me a call, but by 5:50 PM, I had not heard anything about my car. When I called, the lady who answered told me that they were still running diagnostics. I asked for an ETA on when the diagnostics would be done, but she had to transfer me to ******'s voicemail, and I never received a callback.Communication about my car's status is very important to me, and I expect the service department to keep me updated. It's frustrating not knowing if the issue will be resolved tomorrow, in three days, or in a week. I would also appreciate it if they offered me a loaner car if they need to keep my car for an extended period.Overall, I am disappointed with the lack of communication and service at Cadillac of Memphis. I hope they can improve their service department and offer better customer service in the future.Review from Wendy A.

I am driving my 3rd Cadillac and have been very brand loyal through the years. The former Bud Davis Cadillac always gave me a good reason to maintain that loyalty from year to year, model by model. However, I can say nothing good about the management style of the new owner, Landers Cadillac of Memphis. Landers Cadillac has had my car since November 15, 2022. After repair of a recent fender ****** by a very reputable Auto Body Shop in the Memphis Area, my car sits incomplete in the Landers back lot. To their credit, Landers did replace a malfunctioning windshield washer apparatus, but has yet to repair the "Driver Assist" function. The car is drivable but without any sort of Cruise Control, much less the "Driver Assist" function which is one of those features I love about the car, a 2017 XT5 with only about ****** miles. Landers Cadillac has messed with me not days, not weeks, but for months. They rarely return my phone calls. The only way to speak with someone is to show up at the dealership. Their excuse for non-repair is that this electronic problem is difficult to diagnose. They said that they did contact Cadillac in ******* for advice but, in my opinion, this Memphis technician does not seem capable of interpreting that info. Today, January 20, 2023, the car is sitting and waiting in their back lot. By the way, several very capable techs and polite honest service managers are no longer working for Landers. I can only guess why!Review from Deborah D

On Friday, December 2, 2022, my SRX stopped on me in *********, ***********. My insurance company towed it to my ususal repair location, Landers Cadillace of Memphis, *********. I called on Monday, December 6, 2022, to inquiry if they knew that my SRX was there and when did they think they could look at it. They were not aware that it was there even though I completed a night drop box envelope with my key. They said that they would look at it and call me back. I never received a call. I call back on Wednesday, and I was told that they would get to it. I call Landers of Cadillac store manager and left my name and number several times. He never returned my calls. My car was there for two weeks. I finally had my car towed from Landers of Cadillac to another repair shop. Landers Cadillac of Memphis customer service is their biggest problem. Communication with their customers is the "Key." They do not communicate with their customers. Their second problem is lack of Certified Mechanics. This would not have happend if it had still been Bud Davis Cadillac.Review from Michael D

To Whom It May Concern:
I called the Cadillac dealership in Memphis, TN, on 3 Sep 2021 at the original location where I purchased the vehicle. The dealership sold out to*****************. They informed me that there was a three-week wait for an appointment. I scheduled the appointment for the transmission light. I arrived at the service department the morning of my appointment at 8 am. The service advisor told me that transmission service would take another two weeks to get my truck into the shop. They said they had to flush the transmission and reset it back to the factory setting. I passed by the dealership every day on my way to work and saw my vehicle on the side of the building. I informed the service manager of this information, and he didn't say anything.
I'm still trying to get my vehicle with transmission problems in the shop. The check engine light kept going on, so I took it to the Memphis service, and after $1200, the engine light was still on. The $1200 was to flush the radiator and replace the battery. After paying the $1200, I made it 15 minutes down the road, and the light came back on. They fired the service manager that week and the new manager told me no one even tested the transmission on the vehicle, and I needed to bring it back to test the system properly.
This problem has been ongoing since September 2021. The dealership called me and kept telling me they would fix the problem, and nothing happened. I can't believe you can purchase a $90K vehicle and be treated in this manner.

Early last month, I had routine maintenance service on my vehicle and I communicated to the service department that I have a service plan and there should be no additional costs for the routine maintenance. The service mgr., (Rosevelt), was not receptive to my concerns and told me I had to pay for the service regardless, which I reluctantly did as they had already completed the maintenance work. I called back the next day to voice my concerns regarding the service mgr., and that my service plan was not honored. I was told that I was correct and I should not have been charged for the maintenance work and I would be refunded the costs of the work. I have reached out several times and spoke with several different employees (Seleatha, Tyler, service mgr.) regarding my refund to no avail. Each time they are confirming that I should not have been charged and they will provide me with a refund but I have yet to receive my refund and it has now been over a month. The lack of customer service is unacceptable and I will certainly reconsider purchasing my next Cadillac from this location.Review from Glenda S

I will begin by saying my husband and I have dealt with Cadillac of Memphis several years and had always been treated with respect by the management and service. However, on 5/7/21, my husband who's 83 years old and suffers with dementia, visited Landers Cadillac of Memphis , in my absence and traded my 2013 SRX Cadillac in toward a 2017 350 Lexus. The balance on my vehicle was only 9100. The sale of Lexus was , and the paperwork indicated a trade in value of 10,500, however, this amount was ***** added back to him in the purchase price of the Lexus. On, 5/10/21, I visited Landers Cadillac, however the salesperson was off, so I met with a manager, Carlos in an attempt to return the vehicle and retrieve my SRX, as I didn't want to get rid of my car and had found several things incomplete during the sale of the Lexus, including, it having not be cleaned, spare remote missing, remote battery key low on the remote provided, the engine light had come on the day before. All this was mentioned to Carlos, however he was very rude and immediately when I inquired about the time frame to return the car he said they didn't abide by any return rule, and once a sale goes through, 'it's a done deal'. I also asked why was the balance owed on my SXR added into the cost, Carlos stated that's what he owed. This does not appear to be a fair deal and I feel my husband was taken advantage of by management and staff at this dealership. The only genuine assistance I did receive was from Bryant the service mgr, wow attempted to a appease me somewhat by offering to detail the car inside out, clean the corrosion off the battery and replace the remotes battery. All other issues were not met or resolved by this dealership management, namely Carlos. My ultimate request is to return this vehicle and get my SRX back. G.S*****Cadillac of Memphis Response

This Dealership and management along with Mr. S***** agreed to a deal.
The managers involved said Mr. S***** didn't seem to have issues .He was very witty
that day. With his wife here a few days ***** Mr. s***** commented it was his car and wanted someone to
explain some features. Mr. S***** doesn't want to return it. The Management of this store apologizes if someone appeared rude.
Carlos is a very nice man. He is not a rude person. Mr. S*****'s deal was worked like all car deals. We have done nothing wrong. Returning it was never a option.
Thanks
