      Next day Delivvery is a lie. Ordered on 3/17/24 and will not be here until 3/21/24. Called the main autozone and got laughed off the phone. They truly are going down hill.

      Hello want to recognize ***********************. He works at the ** Loop location. I bought windshield wipers for my 2021 VW Atlas. I was at ******** store. He heard i was having difficult time choosing my blades, he then told me what blades to choose from. I bought and went outside to install and i was having difficult time installing them. He offered to help install. Ones i bought werent the correct fit. We went inside and replaced with correct ones. He installed them and worked perfectly. Very goos customer service being doniphan store was not his store and provided professional service. Thats why i always buy from autozone . Autozone is farther to where i live and have oreilys closer but still drive to Autozone for their great cuatomer service. Kiddos to ***********************!! Great job and thanks again!

      Be wary of their express shipping online. They do not refund the express shipping even when it's their fault.I placed an order for a wireset on a Thursday afternoon. Their express shipping stated delivery that Saturday, so I paid for the express service.Saturday evening, with no package delivered, I called them. They apologized for the delay. I told them to cancel the order, and that I would purchase an alternative at a nearby autozone store in the morning (Sunday). They said it was actually shipped that morning and that the item would arrive on Tuesday; so they could not cancel the order since it has shipped. I said I couldn't wait that long and that I would purchase in-store; I further asked whether I could get a full refund on the online order, including shipping since the delay is on them. He said yes, including shipping.I purchased an alternative item in-store and installed in my car. Tuesday came...I received an email stating another delay. I called customer service again, and she apologized, stating that the vendor was shipping that very morning and that my item would arrive the next day...so Wednesday.Wednesday...guess what? No delivery.Delivery was Thursday at noon (so, 1 week after my purchase with express shipping.) I took it to my autozone store for my full refund. Guess what? They don't refund the shipping.So, I was lied to 3 times: the 1st rep said it was shipped and would arrive Tues...clearly it didn't ship, and I should've been allowed to cancel the order. He also said I could get a full refund including shipping. The 2nd rep said it shipped that Tues morning and would arrive the next day, which it didn't...clearly it wasn't upgraded to next-day shipping.If you're ordering online, don't bother with express shipping. Apparently there's no refund for the service and no recourse when it fails, even when they admit to delay after delay (email documentation.)

      I place a multiple item order. The only option available of the 3 options was free home delivery or overnight paid delivery GREAT It said delivery would be Nov 20. Which was fine. Today 16 Nov I got a call claiming my order was split and ready for pickup outside of my area. **************** admitted ********************** split the order, but dident know why but since it was missdelivered it was canceled and if I still wanted the part I'll need to reorder.. then hung up on me when I asked about the rest of my order? If I choose delivery of my order I see no logical reason to change my order. Nor provide extreamly stupid service. I'm assuming this store had the part and didn't want to pay the shipping since it was free, and hoped I would drive out of my way for this part. Requardless this is unexceptable behavior. My order shouldn't have been altered and parts canceled due to autozone's screw-up! I'm just glad I dident pay for overnight delivery. Then I would be really ******

      Purchased a 62te transmissio . After multiple bad transmissions i demanded a refund. We are now 6 months into trying to get a refund and nothing but headaches the entire time. They refuse to give me back the core which you know they are gonna rebuild and sell for a profit. When i took it in to a transmissiom shop they told me it would need to be a complete rebuild. The warranty offered to pay 10% of the cost. The communication is horrible the only time i get answers is when i threaten with a lawyer. I would not recommand purchasing from autozone to my worse enemy. I wouldnt buy oxygen from them even if it meant saving my life

      Buyers beware AutoZone will take all returns including the electronic ones all the sensors to your engine to your vehicle if a customer plugs it in and the check engine light does not go off they turn around and say they don't need the product AutoZone puts the electric parts back on the shelf then knowingly cuz they know cuz they are told they sell the product to a different customer at full price as a new part they also treat their female employees like garbage they harass the male employees they fire them for no reason this is not a good place to work for this is not a good place to buy your auto parts from they are frauding their customers by lying to them and selling them used parts at full price beware beware beware

      A big shout out to *****, the manager of Autozone on May and 63rd. As the manager ***** definitely provided great customer service after a terrible experience. I left the store after receiving terrible service from an employee. I went in to purchase windshield wipers and to get assistance with having my oil level checked. The employee looked up the wiper blade sizes I needed and told me I needed to go get them. I asked for his assistance with getting them and he told me I had to get them. I let him know that I aways come to Autozone for the service provided. He told me again I had to get them. There wasn't any other customers at the time so I didn't understand his actions. I told him I'd go somewhere else to get what I needed. I don't like paying for bad service . Outside was ***** the manager concluding his assistance with someone else. He was willing to assist me and he apologized for the bad service I received. Because of *****' excellent service I went back in and purchased what I needed. I'm so grateful to still have good, kind and helpful people like *****. Thank you!

      Ordered $363 of parts on line 9/10/23 from Autozone ( to be picked up next day at local store in **********, **) and was notified next morning via email that our order had been cancelled. Called the 800 customer service number and was trying to understand the customer service person - he said the store did not have the parts in inventory and for that reason the company cancelled the order. He said the company would have our $363 back in our account within 5 days. I asked why the store could not order the parts and the customer service person said the company would not allow that! I asked why again and the service person said our discussion was over and hung up on me. So now we will not be getting the parts, we will lose the 15% LABOR DAY promotional discount and have to wait up to five days to get our money back. What a *************** If at all possible, buy your parts elsewhere. The *************** **** owns Autozone and apparently responsible for their **************** attributes!!!!

      ********, ** AutoZone Discriminatory sales rep refusing service. When I walked into the AutoZone store, the sales rep was talking to another sales rep. I had to wait for them to finish their conversation before the first sales rep acknowledged me. I told her exactly what I needed and instead of going to get it, or helping me find it, she printed off iwhat I think is the location of the part but Im unsure as she handed it to me without saying anything. She told me to find it myself. She was rude and acted angry. I left the store. There is no way I would do business with AutoZone due to this employee. I know its hard to ********* these days, but really?? The ceo should take notice of this. AutoZone refusing to help a customer is bad business at the minimum. The first sales rep should be fired for treating a customer that way.

      Dont expect to receive your items on time. I ordered from auto-zone specifically for the next day delivery, so that I could change my oil this weekend. But they delayed shipping to Monday.
