              ON 5/27/22 I REPORTED A BROKEN CANVAS OF ***************************** THAT WAS BROKEN AND DAMAGED DURING MY MOVE VIA TEXT TO ************ AND PHONE , HE WAS SENT PICTURES AND I WAS STALLED FOR 2 WEEKS MY BED WAS DRUG IN DIRT NOT WRAPPED PROPERLY AND HAVE BEEN GETTING THE RUN AROUND ABOUT MY REIMBURSEMENT FOR MY CANVAS AND I WAS CHARGED $400 FOR THE MOVE

              These people straight LIED! They told me the move would be $230 after I showed them pics of all the stuff I had. The guy gets there and says its $290 cash. I run to get cash and have it to him. The guy snaps, as if Im trying to get over and says it is $370 for the first two hours and $85/hr after that!!! Mind you all I had was a leather chair, loveseat, bunch of boxes, a bed, pub table, desk and canvas. I had a studio apartment worth of belongings. I had no dresser, no tvs, no big heavy furniture. They got there with one man and a kid and carried my c*** downstairs ONE BOX AT A TIME milking the clock; and I mean they MILKED the clock. Took them SEVEN hours for a two hour job and charged me another $420 at the end until 6:00 when they were finished at 5:30! Snuck and took all kinds of breaks. Drank up my Powerade. The list goes on! I just want to cry! I was desperate to move and they took advantage of it! They were kind, but they took advantage of a kind girl and her little orange tabby cat. Im hurt!
