      On December 19th, 2023 while traveling on Interstate 40 through ******* for the holidays I hit a spare tire (donut) sitting in the middle of the interstate. The spare was trapped under our van and did significant damage to the exhaust system, coolant system, and the front right tire. In spite of the damage the van was still drivable. So I chose to find an auto shop as close by as possible in an effort to have the repairs completed. By the time the van had been completely inspected by the shop mechanic, it was too late for them to get the necessary part from the dealership, which was the only available resource for the part. This being the case we then needed to acquire an accessible ride (to accommodate my sons power wheelchair) to a hotel. We contacted multiple companies to get a ride or rent an accessible van. It was after 5:00 pm at this point so all but one company said no because they had already closed for the day. At 6:16 pm I managed to reach one company (Mid-Town Medical Transport) that said they had a driver that could come get us and said they would arrive in approximately *************************************************************************************** light of the situation I was in, I hesitantly gave them the credit card number. An hour and fifteen minutes later the ride had not arrived, and I could not reach anyone from the company by phone. At this point I requested an Uber to take us to a Hampton Inn for the night with the plan to carry/hold my son and leave his wheel chair at the mechanic shop. That is what we did. Although we never received a ride from Mid-Town Medical Transport, they charged us $350, and have not answered or returned any of my calls. Thank you for your help with this.

      I ordered an emergency service vehicle from Midtown Medical Transportation Service and it was a complete fraud, they charged me $300 twice for a total of $600 and didn't send any emergency service vehicle but instead sent an 4 Door Uber Sedan as if it was a joke. I talked to a representative from their company and was told that my money would be refunded but this is when the 2nd $300 was taken. Now all I get is an answering machine and there is other people with complaints on their reviews

      I contacted MMT 10/10/2023 at **** Hrs. regarding an appointment scheduled for my grandmother the date of 10/12/2023. I was told by the owner Mr. *** (not sure of his last name) that he was unable to accept payment over the phone due to a system update. He sent me his cash-app and I sent a total of $160.00 via cash app. On the date of the scheduled appointment, I tried to reach out several times from my cell phone and was sent directly to the voicemail. So I then called from my desk phone and he answered. I knew then he blocked my number from contacting him. He told me that his employee was in route but never showed. The following date I received a phone call from Mr. *** that he had to terminate his employee and was offered a refund. After not receiving funds back, I called/messaged from another number and was told that his business is no longer in service. I was denied my refund.
