    On 11/13/2024, I purchased through ** Electronics a new gas range, as our old one had lost the ability to use its oven, and a repair would cost near the same as a new one. I purchased this product through their Veteran's Day special, as I myself am a veteran, and they had good deals advertised. During the checkout process, I elected to have installation performed (free, part of offer) of the new range, and to have haul-away ($25) for the old range. ** Tracking Number: ********** ** went through third-party delivery service, RXO Logistics, to complete the delivery/installation/haul-away service. The range was delivered the evening of November 20th. The delivery crew was able to move the new range (in-box) to the garage, where it still sits. The crew told us that they did not have the qualifications to uninstall/install a gas appliance, apologized for the inconvenience, and left. RXO Tracking Number: RXONC70OEVQFUIDK24 Immediately the next day I contacted ** customer service, as we desperately needed this to be installed. We have a young baby and prepare most of his meals in the oven. I was directed by ** to contact *** instead, as this responsibility falls on them. I proceeded to call *** and talk with customer service about getting the range installed. Each time, I was told that an email was sent to the delivery warehouse, and I would be contacted to arrange installation. Those calls were on 11/22, 11/24, and 12/2.We have yet to be contacted by any means by either company in an attempt to resolve this issue. All we are seeking is a completion of agreed-upon service. An installation would cost us potentially hundreds of dollars, and a haul-away service could see similar expensive charges.

    I purchased an ** Fridge model LHFS28XBS erial# ***KRHXLM465 (cost $1,465.58 without tax and extended warranty purchase) that was delivered 11/28. ** requires at least a 24hr period for the fridge to reach equilibrium/optimal cooling. I waited the 24hr period and then began monitoring the temperature using both an analog and digital temperature gauge. I monitored the temperature for a 24hr 48hr period and noticed the fridge was not adequately keeping the fridge portion at a temperature below 40 degrees. In fact, the fridge has never been able to get the internal fridge temp to the set temp of 37 degrees. The fridge temp will raise to 43 degrees and take hours, sometimes more than 4hrs to return to 39 degrees. I know this because I open the doors, check the temp then leave the doors closed and un opened for a set durction of time (e.g. 2hrs) than check the temp again. This is unacceptable as the *** defines 40 degrees F to 140 degrees F as the danger zone, and food should not be kept at 40 degrees for more than 2hrs. We have a child and cannot afford to guess on whether or not our food is safe to consume. We have contacted ** multiple times and have executed all of their required checks several times, reference ** case/ticket numbers CNN231201952236 and CNN231205004783. ** stated they would contact us within 48hrs with a resolution and they never did. We tried live chat again today 12/7 with no resolution. I feel we have made a considerable effort to resolve the issue with ** and at this point we need help. If this model has a flaw and/or is incapable of keeping an internal temp of < 40 degrees, we would like a full refund. At a min, we would like a new unit shipped within 24hrs.

    med that with the description clearly stating the printer had not been set up, had not been removed from the box, was still in factory packaging, etc. that common sense would indicate that this was a new printer and new purchase. I would appreciate it if this could be rectified as soon as possible because this experience has soured what would otherwise have been a great initial experience with Canon.

    I live in the **. If the business had taken the time to read my full address, it is *******, ******. That is in *****************. They would also know this if they had looked into the history of this incident, because they claim to have mailed a rebate to me here, at this very address.

    my correspondence, and the company has failed to respond, and so I am filing a complaint here, after warning them that this would be the result if they didn't resolve the issue, and asking how to resolve the problem.Given how much time I've spent trying to get them to honor their end of the agreement, the rebate was never worth it in the beginning. I'm inclined to believe that this business never intended to honor the rebate from the start. After all...they get to keep my $100.

    *******************d and then I forgot to follow-up with the rebate center. The representative at the rebate center that I called to inquire about the rebate recently said there was "nothing she could do" now because the promotion had expired. The issuer of the rebate gift card also said they could not honor the rebate because the rebate center never sent them the request. The Michelin customer ********************** representative suggested contacting the rebate center again. So it is a circular and frustrating situation that might have been avoided if someone had contacted me during the rebate period to let me know that more information was required. I have attached copies of the rebate form and the service invoice, this time also including the first page with the vehicle *** number. I would appreciate it if there a way to still receive the promised rebate. If you need additional documentation or information, please advise.Thank you for your help.*******************
