I required services at the end of last year. I have had nothing but trouble and inconsistent service regarding my lawn treatments. I still have many weeds located in my front yard which after 6 or more treatments have not been resolved. The technicians rush and do not complete the entire premises that is in contract. Ive dealt with the office and have had rudely submission. I have had several untruthful employees render and not fulfill services. Example. One guy took cart off truck that was empty to spread desired pellets. I could see out my window it was empty going down my driveway to backyard. Called and complained, Technican had already been fired. Another example, Technican came, put the sign-in my yard and did nothing. ********* services. I have cameras. Called office and requested retreatment, which weeks later completed. I received a call on Thursday June 30th for Friday July 1st for next treatment. I have noted on my account many times Friday is not a good day for my services. I called the office to reschedule for Tuesday July 5th, after the holiday. No one showed up after the office told me the service was scheduled on Tuesday. I verified with her twice. She said yes Tuesday. This is Wednesday July 6 @ approximately 11:42 am and still waiting on my treatment. This company has issues. I have paid in full for the rest of the year. Im asking for a refund and to discontinue my services with Safari Lawn Care,,,,,,,,,,,

I am sorry ******************. I understand your frustration. We certainly don't intend to cause you trouble. I'll be happy to make this better any way you desire. I will gladly send you the remainder of your money and refund the one we did yesterday as well. Your technician had a family emergency on Tuesday and he didn't know about it till Tuesday morning. We sent out an automated call to let you know we wouldn't be coming, but I am guessing you didn't get that message. Main thing is that you are happy. Obviously, this doesn't sound like we are going to be able to correct this through any service, but if so, we'd love to try. I have tried to contact you and left a message.
