    I writing this letter of complaint urging ********************* to repay me money that he collect from me for a renovation job that he and his company have not completed. When we ********************* and myself signed a contract stating that he would repair my home due to flooding caused by a broken hot water heater located in my attic. **************** was aware that this was a insurance job in which he was working on. ************************* agreed to provide services and staff, and otherwise do all this necessary for incidental to the performance of work, as set forth in our signed contract which included the following: detach and replace drywall/ceiling in back bedroom /bathroom/hall; detach and replace new insulation in bedroom/bathroom/hall; install new doors(hardware on doors knobs, etc.) ; remove and replace attic pull down ladder stairs; remove and replace both bathroom flooring; replace new trimming, crown molding; prime and paint new interior fascia wood trims work/drywalls/ceiling/with two coats of interior paint; clean and haul all debris from property. ************************* agreed to sand , stain , and finish all oak hard wood flooring .The contractor was signed on April 6,2023 and ********************* was given two thousand dollars to buy supplies and get started on the job. The Guzco INC company came to work on April 7,2023 and they was to returned on April 10, 2023 ,but did not come . **** and his crew only worked on Tuesday April 11, 2023/April 13,2023/April 14,2023. around 11:34am they torn down and put up new drywall and insulation and haul off debris . However, on April 13,2023 ************************* requested a payment of $1000.00 dollars to help pay his men for working he came back on April 14, 2023 did more work then he requested another $100.00 he stated he forgot his wallet and need gas to get back to *******. After I paid ************************* he and crews really stopped coming to work I requested some of my money back and stated I was going to pay him for his labor and hire a new contractor.
