    Exceptional!! ************** was ***. I have never had someone so professional, polite, and really knew their business. Our air had gone out. We were melting. He was right on time, looked at the unit inside for about 5 seconds with a flashlight. He said your problem is outside Ma'am. He came back in. It needed a new part. He put the part on and in less than 15 minutes, he said, "It's all done"! He changed the filter and said that, on his way out, he was going to give it a good cleaning to make sure it would have max *********** Wow! These days all I can say is, Just Wow! *******'s, thank you! I wish I could give your Company 100 stars!
