            I contracted with this company on March 21, 2023 to handle the cremation of my brother who passed away earlier that month. I made several calls to the facility, trying to get a status on the cremation process and cannot get anyone to call me back or give me an answer. Its been over five weeks now since the fee was paid and the paperwork was sent in and I still dont have any information about where the cremation process stands. Im mainly reporting this, so that other families looking for a funeral home will steer away from this facility. The customer service has been nonexistent and Ive even been hung up on a couple of times when I tried to call and get information. At this point all I want is the cremation process to be completed and the ashes to be delivered per the form instructions. Also, I hope other families read this post and steer away from doing business with *******.

            My mom services was January 6, during the service I asked an employee about her spray that was missing from the casket. The employee **** told me I didn't pay for one. After checking the receipt he stated the employee that was over her service was was out sick, they would issue a refund. I had to go to the location at least four times before receiving the refund. They stated they changed directors. After weeks I received another call stating my siblings needed to sign paperwork before cremation. My siblings were there during planning of the arrangements no mention of paper. It is now February 11th I still have no received my mother's ashes. They are no longer the company known for superior service. The staff shifts blame and does not value their word or their customers.
