I paid them $450.00 for the permit and they sent a worker to my house to get started on the work and he was paid $2,000.00 for work that wasnt completed and I had to go and hire someone else to complete the work and I had to pay them $2,200.00 because he had to go and correct a lot of things that would have caused a fire to my house. I had talked to the owner and he came by my house and saw the work the other contractor did and some of the work that needed to be done that the other contractor hadnt got to it yet and he said that he was going to take care of the problem and didnt call back or answering his phone.

    Good morning,

My apologies for the delay with this  response. An electrical permit payment of $450 was received from Mrs. ********************* to initiate an electrical permit for ******************************** *******, **. ***** with Shelby County Code Of Enforcement. This was only accepted with thought we would come to a price agreement to provide the electrical services for this permit at ***************. We  received payment for the permit, which allowed us to pull the permit. But, *************** never allowed us to do the job . You can review the permit payment invoice receipt in the attached document concerning this address. There will not be a receipt from Divine Electrical, **** for the electrical services, because she did allow us to do the work. Therefore *************** claims of ***** is untrue.  The permit payment is the only payment that Divine Electrical, **** has ever received from Mrs. **************************** Upon review 2 other electrical contractors here in Shelby County have parted ways within the same calendar year of 2022 after filing electrical permits to provide services at this same address (****************. ***************** stated she now has paid someone else to complete the job, which should have not be done, because that's our permit and she has not stated before now, that the work is completed by someone. In that case, she should have canceled out permit and requested whomever completed the work to file a permit for **** Long Creek per code. If someone else completed the work under our company, she needs to get the new contractor to file a permit. Upon review with ****************************** permit services (Accela Citizen Portal), the only electrical permit that is open at this time belongs to  Divine Electrical, **** Therefore the customer is having work illegally done at this resident under our companies name. As of today, we are canceling that permit due to illegal work being performed under our company's name. Any questions or concerns you may reach us via phone ************ or email ***************************************

    Thanks,

    ***********************************

The owner is not trustworthy because he has sent someone one to the house and they said that they were going to reimburse me some of my money and correct the issue and the owner is not answering his phone or responding to my calls and if youre letting other people use your license youre not responsible for anything that not done correctly.

    Good afternoon *****************,

Again, as we addressed the issues on April 10, 2023, We only received a payment of $450 from ******************* to initiate an electrical permit for **** Long Creek with the intention that Divine Electrical, **** would be the electrical contractor for this job. When our company representative returned to the home to meet with ******************* about doing the job, She stated to our representative" that she had someone else to complete the job", which is illegal because the electrical permit holder was Divine Electrical at that time. I am so sorry you feel that  Divine Electrical, *** is not trustworthy. We strive to provide our customer a great service at all time.  Any questions or concerns you may contact our office at ************

I feel that the company who putting the license from code enforcement and letting someone else use their license to do the work the owner of that company should be held responsible and accountable and this person caused himself a preacher and started that was going to correct the situation and yes we had to go and find someone else because I was going to have my family in a cold house and this is try we are going through the Better Business Bureau to handle this situation.
