We ordered on December 16 2024 paid ****** still havent heard from nobody no email no phone call no text the only thing we got was the label had been made and that was it.called all 3 numbers that I could find for them and every single number goes to voicemail.Customer Answer

Diesel Care and Performance Customer sales service **** ******, told me if I bought their premier injector package they would ship that same day or next day so I could get said products here in my time frame to fix my truck, he said other packs were 3 weeks out so I bought the premier in which needed so they charged my card system says they made a shipping label then nothing after that no shipping. I checked ***** that they show same just a created label to shipping and no movement on package I had no choice but to cancel order and call bank and to get my money back, also went to another company to get parts on time so I can get my truck into shop for repairs. Want my money back. Hot able customer service. Looks like they practice kind of service with others as well, so Im not just the only one to have an issue with this company.Initial Complaint

On March 18th I purchased parts for my truck. I paid for two day shipping. After multiple attempts to contact the company through email I was told that they are a rebuild facility and they need to rebuild the parts as they don't stock anything. On April 19th I received a partial order with the essential parts needed to complete the job on my truck not included. I spoke with an individual at the company and was told that the parts I needed were back ordered. 3 weeks later the balance of the parts were delivered. When I installed the parts they were defective. I called and told them I was not sending the core parts back until everything was in working order. 3 days later I received the replacement parts and was charged $56 for a core charge. I was told that I agreed to it which was not the case at all as the delays were on their side not mine causing the return date for cores to go past due. Needless to say I was very upset with regards to the treatment and told them I was sending their defective parts back. At this time I was told there would be a restocking fee. I don't know why I'm being charged to restocking fee on parts that did not work. I shipped everything back to them with insurance so that I knew when it got there. It is now just shy of a month later and I was told they were giving me $680 back on the returned parts. After reviewing the pricing on the parts from their website I find that they are approximately $150 shy of what I should have received as a refund. Let alone they sent me that they did the refund but no money has reached the bank. I feel that the business is not working in the best interest of the customer and would like assistance with correcting the dollar amount. I find the entire purchase experience with this business totally irresponsible on their part. They did not include an invoice so that I can even intelligently tell you what they charged me for and what they decided the refund amount should total.Initial Complaint

04/05/2024 Purchased (online) an OEM part (pictured on their site) for my 1996 F250. When the part arrived it was an aftermarket (inferior) part. I have emailed them 4 times, and tried several times to chat through their web site trying to return the product, no answer. I have now called my credit card to stop payment. First, I paid extra for their "premium" injectors with a two year unlimited mileage warranty with expedited processing. It took a month to get my order when it was supposed to be an in stock item. They had plenty of excuses along the way. When I finally got them, there was no warranty documentation or test data, or anything to document what I really received. The injectors I got were not even fully clean and were not properly assembled so couldn't have been properly tested by them as advertized. I can't install them to see if they even work because they didn't send the injector cups that I ordered to along with them. They say they have a 4.9 review rating on ****** but if you look them up on ******, it is a 3.7 and a lot of terrible 1 star reviews lately. UPDATE one month later: The *** called and left me a message as mentioned in the reply to my first ****** review. I called back once, no answer. Called a second time, a lady told me to send the stuff back which I did. Called a third time, two weeks after my return was accepted at their dock looking for my refund. Got transferred around then was finally told the person who could help was in a closed door meeting. Asked them to call me back when the person was available. I waited three days now and no call back. I have filed a claim with the credit card company but want to file a complaint here too in order to help with the process of getting the refund they told me I would get after returning the merchandise. I am happy to supply documentation if you can let me know what is most useful.Initial Complaint

This company is providing low quality parts & causing buyers extra expenses.. Would not provide replacement parts when ask for warranty replacement. Would only warranty & replace the injectors & not the wire harness valve cover gaskets the sent which are by far low quality compared to originals & ones I had to buy from local parts store to finish correct the issues I was having from buying their products .Never informed me that they pay the return core shipping or even sent a return label with the warranty replacement injectors. Only told me after I complained about having to pay to return the defective part they sent me that the would have paid but now that I had to pay for it they won't reimburse the cost for something they claimed to provide. Making no effort to deal with the bad valve gasket/harness..I bought from this company in June to tune up the truck which the bad parts they provide has caused the truck to be unusable for months ,had to go spend another $300 in diagnostic & buy another engine wiring harness $200 just to make sure it was the injectors this company provided was the problem. Got the warranty replacement injectors installed & still had some issues & had to go buy another set of valve cover gaskets $200 because the person there claimed they are never a problem wouldn't replace . Well they where a problem .Company won't work with me on my extra expense on returning & replacing the parts they sent me. Shipping $61 & valve cover gaskets. They have cost a extra $761 because of the poor quality of product they have sent me. I only ask for the cost of the warranty ship they claimed they would have paid & didn't tell me until after fact but won't pay it now . Guess this company can get away with this stuff ,, selling cheap product at the buyers expense.. Jan 20th, we ordered LLY Injectors and Glow plugs from this company. Order was delivered February 19th, after being told our order would be sent out the "next day" over and over again. They sent us the wrong injectors and no glow plugs the first shipment. Then they sent us non-refurbished injectors and still no glow plugs the second shipment. Finally, they sent us the right injectors but still no glow plugs. We requested a refund for the glow plugs and sent back our cores. Then we receive a phone call over a month after sending in the cores that they will not work as cores.I find it strange and annoying that it took them a month to contact us about our cores after we had to chase them for our missing parts and a refund. I'd like them to not charge us for the cores, all things considered. They assured us that they would fix the problems over and over again when we asked if we should use someone else. They costed us roughly $5,000 in hauling jobs turned down while the business vehicle was down waiting for the correct parts. They also refused to answer my emails about the situation, we had to call them and then get told to call back for a certain person. At the very least I'd like to warn others about this company and their lack of performance.
