    Crazy custom auto has had my truck since August ******.He told me he would be done with my truck within two weeks.Toaday is September ****** & he is still not finished with my truck. Everytime I go up to the shop I'm given a different excuss.I'm at the point were I wished i neve brought my truck to his shop.i want to take legal actions if I can.

    I paid ****** to ****** for a front grill and headlights assembly to be installed went pick my truck up noticed that the light housing was loose so I ask him is there any way this can be tightened up more? "he says no it's after market it not going to come out or apart I say "Huh" I didn't like that at all this was back in June or July by crazy custom audio. Went back about two weeks ago and got mirrors, led tailgate latch and black pin stripe so I was asking him about my headlights. I say do have headlights bulbs these went out he said no I don't have them in stock as matter of fact any part that I asked about he didn't have it ????. Not me knowing the reason that the bulbs went out he didn't install it correctly. I say ok I'll go to stereo sounds on ************************* au c in the pictures they did a real rush job horrible on the mirrors.Tore up my window stitch panel on the passenger side. OK so I went to stereo sounds to get the bluds checked out and tint on the window, so the took the housing off to check the bulbs everything just fell out of the housing bulds was installed properly and parts to housing were missing they cause the bulbs to blow out. I call the owner while was at stereo sounds trying to explain why the bulbs blew out didn't listen instead of having costumer service started to argue "SMH". The guy's at stereo sounds say he didn't install these correctly meaning the bulbs and left parts off housing where the bulbs supposed to be attach to. The at stereo sounds say don't Trip we gone get u rite and that's just what they did outstanding Job got me back in the headlight game no lose light housing anymore. Crazy custom audio really has a no Star in my book " **** poor work ethics, work details and most definitely very bad customer service. I seeking damages, improper installation to my truck emotional damages don't how crazy custom audio what's to resolve this situation just remember " crazy custom audio all money is not good especially wen they don't do a good job.
