    I ordered food through China Bells website and I did not receive all the food. When I called the business to let them know, they refused to provide me with the food I ordered and paid for, they lied and said they put it in the bag, which they did not. They then said it was ordered through a third party, even though it was their website. Then the owner of the business said he did not have to provide me with the food I ordered and paid for them hung up on me.

    First of all, the customer ordered through a 3rd Party Eatery app which we only do the cooking, the rest are ALL handled by the apps. On several occasions, I have explained this clearly to the customer to revert this issue to the whichever apps that he was ordering from, they will give you the refund as well as handling issues and complaints! He refused to listen and forcing us to make it right! His complaint was something was missed out, regardless to provide the utmost customer service to this kind of customer, I did the liberty to check the ***** the so-called missing item was in the bag! thus said the food left China Bell intact, the driver grabs it but when it arrived his house..... missing!

    Please consider the fact that we have solid fact that it was in the bag!! He has anything recording down the missing item not in the bag??????? also there was another person handles the food leaving from China Bell going to his house!

     

    We have stated enough as well as explained enough!
