If I could put negative X 1 million stars I would. Terrible place, terrible experience. Do not trust your loved ones to this place!!!! Ever! I can go into all types of detail...unsanitary, disgusting meals, patient left in spiked clothes & bed for many hours, no guidance to the family upon arriving but more important than anything else they did NOT give my dear Mom her proper meds for dementia even after meeting with the Psych Dr face to face the day she arrived from the hospital for physical therapy treatment. I told.the Dr, the admittance clerk, the Human Resources girl & every nurse I met immediately upon her arriving there how important that medicine is for her to function normally and calling multiple times to get someone ANYONE to get her back on these proper meds. Close to a week in & the Drs never called me back & the nurses could not find anyone to help! Absolutely unacceptable. Close to 6 days without her meds & She's now back in the hospital with her entire face bruised because they said she took a fall. I don't believe the fall would have happened had they administered her correct medication. I
