  In May, we had Best Plumber out to repair an issue that we were sure was just clog. ***** came in looked at the pipes in the crawl space and dug in the yard a minute. He said it's not our septic tank or a clog ( which he never ran a camera or anything to verify this) it's probably the field drain was his call. So we needed to pump our tank which he said was full but he never opened it. Also he wanted ***** to redo the plumbing that had just been done and passed inspection five years ago which had nothing to do with the issue. He recommended a friend to give an estimate to fix the field drains. His friend did nothing. We called ********* ******** plumbing. They ran a camera found the clog which meant no water was getting ino the tank in the first place. It was all backing up into the pipes. ********* ******** fixed the clogg. No more issues. Best plumber charged $274 to walk around and not even dig a whole that even reached the tank. I won't use them ever again or recommend them.

  Came right out when i called with a emergency. Can’t thank Chris enough for the work he done. My wife is disabled and couldn't go upstairs to the bathroom. Was here within the hour and done a great job. Thanks Chris

  I'm writing this review to express my appreciation for not only the great work but also the impeccable customer relations with this company and their staff. Starting with Casey...he was very thorough in his explanation to my mother and I. Not knowing much about plumbing systems, Casey made sure we completely understood the problems, process, and pricing. When it comes to the techs that worked so hard all week long, in cold and wet weather conditions, they were nothing short of TOP NOTCH! Randy, Zach, and Brayden are extremely professional and knowledgeable. They worked diligently and thoroughly every day. They made sure to clean up at the end of every day and did not leave a mess when it was all done. They, too, were very explanatory and helpful in every aspect. I could not have asked for a better company and crew to do such a massive job on my forever home. I will definitely be using Best Plumber in the future, as will my family. To say I highly recommend Best Plumber is an understatement. I will forever be grateful to you all.

  I had an incredible experience with Best Plumber! From the moment I called, they were responsive and made scheduling so easy. The technician, Casey, arrived right on time and immediately got to work, explaining everything he was doing in a way I could understand. He was professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of perfectly. I was impressed with how quickly they resolved my issue, and they left the workspace spotless. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Best Plumber to anyone looking for reliable, efficient, and friendly service. They truly live up to their name!

  We had a commode that wouldn't stop running and a dripping faucet. Called Best
  Plumbing.Man came in a truckload big enough to haul away my mobile home.He came in said "first thing I need to do is check the water pressure". I told him what I wanted fixed but he would not listen,went outside came back and said pressure is twice what it should be.Been here over 20 years and it's the same it always was. Then he said we needed new pipes, I asked if he could fix the leaks,he said yes but he couldn't guarantee the work so I told him to leave and I would call someone else.Took another 15 minutes to get him to leave. Called a local plumber and problems were fixed in about 30 minutes. I am 81 my wife is 78,can't really say this had anything to do with it but you can use your own judgement.

  Multiple leaking fixtures is a good indication that the water pressure may be high. In order for us to repair the leaking fixtures we need to make sure there is no underlying issue that will cause the fixtures to leak shortly after being repaired. When our licensed plumber checked the water pressure it was sitting at 145 psi. This tell us the pressure reducing valve has failed and needs to be replaced before any repairs can be made to a fixture. The ideal range for water pressure is 55-65 psi.

Our intent was never to sell you something you didn’t need, but instead to provide you a lasting solution instead of not addressing the core issue. We believe our diagnosis was the best short and long term solution for your problem but when you disagreed we waived our service fee to ensure the visit didn’t cost you anything and suggested you get a second opinion.
