    This company owner ******* ******* committed to finishing a job of cutting down 1 large tree and 2 small trees and cleaning up afterward. He quoted $3600 for the completed job. He came when I was at work and told me that he had cleaned up the place and wanted $2000 cash at that point. He came after dark to get the cash. I couldn't see his work until morning but nothing had been cleaned. He has also left broken limbs on a tree that was hit and 4 feet stumps. That $2000 was to include clean up. Meanwhile he call back and said that he needed to come clean to get everything ready for the chipper to complete the job. He said and I quote why don't you pay me half the amount that you owe me that's left and then it will be easier on you on the last payment which would be $800 left to complete the job. So once again I paid $800 cash. Now with only $800 left to pay I cannot get him to come back. He has left a mess here and getting quotes from other tree people looks like it will cost me the same as if I had never done anything. He has been promising to come and I wait and wait on him. He then says we'll it's a hole back there. It has been one excuse after another. He told me that he would be here yesterday at 10 am and someone was here waiting on him and he never showed.
    This all started last year. I have dates and texts messages to back all this up. He is saying now that he has been paid for what he has done. I don't believe that he ever intended to finish the job. I am a single Senoir and he has taken advantage of me. I will have to get someone to come and finish which means that I have lost $2800. I have to start over with another company. My plans are to seek legal actions again him. I have never been abused by a company like this before. This has been going for at least 12 months.
