  Terrible customer service, terrible installation. Process took over a year, windows arrived with seals broken and the installers would argue that it was “just condensation.” Windows and doors installed out of plumb, installers didn’t caulk around windows and first rain after installation, water ran down the inside walls. ****** *** ***** *****er showed up defending stating it was our roof and argued with a roofer in our front yard. Next day, installers showed up to caulk all windows. I’ve had two roofing companies and insurance adjustor out and all have said it was not the roof. Window over kitchen sink is not latching. You can see on the lock where the latch has scratched off the paint. They sent an older gentleman out and he too argued that we weren’t closing the window correctly.
  Called recently to have a door they installed adjusted, was told we had a balance due and they would not send anyone until it was cleared. I asked for an invoice and the ****** ******** *****, sent the top copy of the last invoice paid, where I have the carbon copy and she had added in blue ink on her copy sometime afterwards an additional charge. I had zero knowledge, nobody had ever reached out, nor sent a bill. We paid over $32,000 for windows and a door. 1/2 was paid up front and the remaining balances as items were installed. We even added items and the installers would call the office for approval, get a price and I paid same day. The fact this office manager can add charges to a customers bill, without the customers knowledge UNTIL you need warranty work done and then it’s held over your head, should scare anyone away. We own two businesses and I couldn’t imagine doing business this way. I have asked for ***** to reach out and have gotten zero response.

  Sterling Window Systems replaced **** ********* windows, 1/2 circle glass units, a door and capped the exterior wood around her garage doors. We also had to replace some rotten wood that was included on her billing statement and only part of it was paid. On 2-11-25, she called about servicing her door and I reminded her of the balance that hasn't been paid plus a trip charge for the service call. She requested a copy of the bill and then she sent me a copy of what she had. Without knowing the amount of $180.00 to replace rotten wood was not shown on her copy, the dollar sign and a signature was. I review our copy again realizing it must've been due to white-out on our copy and the impression of the numbers didn't go through when we should've rewrote another billing statement prior to sending it with our installer to collect once they finished the job. We did NOT add the charges after her last payment, because the bill (white and yellow copy) at the time she needed to pay was signed on our white copy and we gave her the yellow copy which shows a signature and the dollar ($) sign on her copy (unfortunately the amount didn't). I have apologized to **** ******* in our emails acknowledging I wasn't aware the $180.00 didn't show on her copy and was told she refused to pay it (the balance for the replacement wood).
