    They sold me a car that they put hydronic fluid in the transmission to swell the band transmission was bad they sold me a lemon they are not to be trusted an will not help fix the car

    Got a car and it was a lemon and now they won’t answer my calls they came and got it and said they would let me know what’s wrong with it I haven’t heard anything

    On January 7th I bought a Ford truck it lasted 1 week blew a whole in motor spark plug won't stay in all the spark plugs wires were backwards battery ends are falling off had to get new ones gave them ****** dollars no car or replacement not gonna fix it just took money this place needs to be closed permanently

    March 2023 I went to Affordable Autos on Clinton Highway and Leased a 2008 BMW X3 from Salesman Jeffrey. I paid the car lot ***** that day and signed the lease to pay **** weekly until total amount of ****** was paid off. ***** the price of the vehicle and **** taxes and fees. Taxes and fees were paid the first weeks prior to the regular weekly payments of ****. I had the vehicle 3 weeks in which I paid them *** a week and a total of **** and ******. all together. Beginning the third week after purchase the vehicle had a power surge and then would not start back up. Several days later the car lot had arranged a tow truck to pick the vehicle up to be towed back to the car lot and fixed by a mechanic. The car lot had my vehicle held up at another location in which they wouldn't disclose or even give me a contact number to, for two and a half months every time I would call and even go down there I was given an excuse they haven't gotten to it yet, they couldn't determine the problem, someone else would be looking at it, waiting on the tow truck or something further delaying the vehicles return to me during this time I wasn't able to work and was not paying the weekly payments as defined on the contract however agreed that whenever the vehicle was to be fixed I would pay what was owed to the car lot and take the vehicle back in my possession. I lost a job during this time and more yet I remained patient and courteous them. when I had decided I'd had enough of trying to talk to talk to Jeffrey during the point in time in which he was gone for the week and nobody else at the car lot knew a thing about the vehicle or even where it was I tried several times to get the name and number of the owner of the car lot however nobody would give it to me and I was informed that the owner was on vacation to the Bahamas during that time and would contact me once returned. That call never came. Jeffrey kept giving me excuse after excuse until finally the first week of July 2023 he told me they couldn't fix what was wrong with it it was something in the wiring it's thousands of dollars to fix and they were just going to send it to the auction and let me out of my contract. Not once did they offer to put me in another vehicle on their lot during the whole two and a half months that they held the one I was Leasing hostage unless I wanted to put $*** down on another one. This is scamming it's pulling someone out of their money. It is robbery under the guise of doing business. This place is not a car lot it's a con. I was just taken for my money and led further along for two and a half months afterwards through a scam that disrupted my entire life, my finances and caused a great deal of stress on me. I had belongings in the vehicle I was told would be bagged up and sent back to the car lot for me and they would call me to come get it and that's how I was treated

    Got a car in October last month and soon as we got ot we had to put 500 into the car bar cause the muffler and other things was holding together by a string then last week the car was driving 5 miles per hr and he said he would look at it & he kept giving us a run around then he finally told us it was the motor and if we wanted another car we would have to put down on another car . I really feel like I wasted my money on this place and they won't even accommodate me for all the trouble that I went thru within a month.I need a solution !!!
