    I was at home and I was moving some cars around and I park my car on the street and my girlfriends car in the driveway. I go inside to grab my wallet and I come out and the car that was parked on the street is gone. It was only 6:00 and I had places to be that car is also my only form of transportation it’s how I get to work and do everyday stuff. I also just paid my rent and have no more money until next week and they charge more for everyday my car is on their lot.

    The only reason a car would be removed from a residential area is if it was illegally parked. If we removed the vehicle there will be signs posted as well as the property management company will have some form of guidelines on what is allowed and not allowed in regards to parking. Our daily storage rate is $30.00 per day. The customer can bring License, Registration, Proof of valid insurance as well as charges owed and acquire the vehicle any day between the hours of 8 am and 5 pm.

    On the night of 1/18/23, I was stuck in some snow and needed a tow truck. My car insurance company, USAA, contacted AnyTime and they said they would help. They contacted me via text message and asked for a photo of the vehicle for ID purposes, then said it would be about an hour wait. Four hours of waiting, and they don't show up. I tried calling AnyTime back multiple times. The first time, they said it would be about another hour. After that, they never answered any of my other calls. I then contacted USAA again, and AnyTime had submitted a claim with my car photo to my insurance saying they had helped me. They literally tried to scam my insurance company. Meanwhile, I was still stuck in the snow. I do not want other people to end up in a similar situation, so I decided to submit this to the BBB in the hopes that they will not scam other people.

    as the photo shows that the tow request was cancelled by Agero which is the service provider we are contracted thought.. Agero is contracted by USAA to find providers. If the customer was charged it was not by us because it was cancelled by the provider meaning we have to way to collect.

    On July 12. 2023 Knoxville- Anytime Towing called in to the Knoxville Police Department at 0530 and spoke with an officer telling him that they had a repo. The officer believed him and gave him the okay and anytime towing also stated that the apartment complex manager gave them the okay at 0530 as well to get the vehicle. I drove to Anytime Towing and asked why did they towed my vehicle I was told by **** that about three weeks prior to the date above the complex was doing some paving and the vehicle was illegal parked, to put in in a nutshell, they tried to get the vehicle but they could not so they waited until the vehicle was legal parked on the date above (three weeks) later and then came back and took the vehicle, telling the police that it was a repo. **** also stated that he was doing what his boss told him to do and that is whenever he sees the vehicle do it as a repo. Anytime Towing damaged my bumper and tail lights on my vehicle and charged double what others towing companies charges. Anytime Towing has been dishonest to the police and fabricated on the complex to get my vehicle. Anytime towing is not BBB Accredited nor are they license with TN Department of Commerce and Insurance and has many complaints. They are towing cars and selling them for their own profit. I was there when two guys walked up on Wednesday and asked **** and ** if they had anything for sell. I am seeking a full refund, my bumper and tail lights fix.

    The original tow of this vehicle (2002 Ford Explorer Sport Trac) was because, as listed in the complaint, striping was being completed at the apartment complex and every tenant was given notice. The vehicle was incorrectly parked and was booted by Ronan Parking Solutions, who then submitted the tow request to us. Our driver, ****** arrived on-scene and hooked to the vehicle. While he was pulling away, our driver was stopped by a female "claimed vehicle owner" who was complaining about the vehicle being towed. Simultaneously, a male climbed into the vehicle and drove the vehicle off of our lift, bending the lift on the tow truck. Fast forward about 3 weeks to July 12th. We received another tow request from Ronan Parking Solutions for the same Ford Explorer Sport Trac. This vehicle was towed and impounded and released to the owner. Our driver did call the impound in and it was called in incorrectly, but was corrected by law enforcement as they investigated the situation and have deemed everything legal and within the Wrecker Ordinance. The main fact is both of these requests for tow were 3rd party, through Ronan Parking Solutions, and not by Anytime Towing & Recovery LLC directly.

    This has nothing to do with a third party. This is what you”Anytime Towing &Recovery did and I am requesting to know you have plans to fix this right away like you did when you illegally stole my vehicle and haggled me *** ****. As stated in previous letters, this can be resolved if Anytime Towing &Recovery refund me my **** back. I am not sure how Anytime Towing & Recovery feels about their clients but making them happy and keeping them around should be the most important thing. There are tons of other competitions out there that will be ready to take your place. Majority all successful business would have been more than happy to have given any potential customers or just person their money back especially when they know that they ( the company) has done some illegal activity and falsified information which could cause much more than just hundreds of dollars. Again, this is has nothing to do with a third party. This all have to do with you “Anytime Towing &Recovery.” The third party  did not falsify information to the police to steal my vehicle, they did not haggle me**** and they did not damage my vehicle.. I just want to know what are your “Anytime Towing &Recovery”intentions to this problem?

    My car was towed even though the parking permit was visible and I was still forced to pay even when she saw the tag in my car

    hello I'm trying to get the information on the vehicle so that I can look the information up in our system so that I can go pictures and the contract from the apartment  complex on the rules in there lease please let me know as soon as possible so I can get you photos of her car and why it was towed
